I can’t say enough good things about Skin Parlor!! Heather and her team are incredible!! I don’t trust anyone else with my skin. Heather is passionate about healing skin issues, while offering services at an affordable price. Heather does her research and purchases products and machines that she knows will benefit her patients. As someone who works in the aesthetic industry, I recognize that this is a rarity in practices. She is actually invested in her patients progress. Every time I go to visit her it feels like I’m hanging out with a friend. Her prescribed treatments and product recommendations have healed my skin so much! If you are considering getting an injectable treatment with Leigh, all I will say is… DO IT. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. I really appreciate that she is conservative with dosing so you will look like yourself, just a younger and more refreshed version. Thank you Skin Parlor for making me feel confident in myself again 💙

Leigh is a very kind, knowledgeable , authentic and honest person , she strives to produce work of the highest quality, she is a font of knowledge regarding all aspects of skin care and beauty, she is the fairest and most reasonable in terms of quality, pricing and service that I have found. She is a delight to work. I keep returning to her even though I have to travel etc . .and this place is clean, private and very comfortable. I would recommend her all day long .

After years of spending far too much $$$ on expensive dermatologist visits and prescriptions that left me worse off than before, I stumbled across Skin Parlor online and booked an appointment. From my very first visit, Heather was an absolute joy: she really took the time to listen & understand my skincare journey and was realistic about the results she could offer, and gave a very detailed explanation of how she planned to tailor my treatment to work with my acne-prone & sensitive skin. This review is far overdue- I've been seeing Heather consistently for almost two years and have the best skin of my life, and no longer spend a ridiculous amount of time & money looking for the miracle skincare product/supplement that will clear up my skin.

Ashley at the Skin Parlor is everything!! I started seeing her for my acne, went through with the acne bootcamp. I’ve struggled with acne for 3 years and in less than 6 weeks, Ashley was able to clear my skin with a holistic treatment plan. She also is an amazing human, I genuinely enjoy spending time in the spa with her and look forward to my weekly appointments! You can count on Ashley to take the best care of you, to have the most up to date knowledge on skin conditions and treatment options. Stop going to your dermatologist and give the ladies at Skin Parlor a try, you and your skin will not regret it!

I can't say enough good things about my esthetician Madison! She’s been an absolute lifesaver for my skin over the years, helping me through eczema and acne with her expert care and knowledge. I had no idea that things like too much biotin from vitamins or even my favorite Alani energy drinks could be contributing to my breakouts, but she figured it out. She’s incredibly intelligent, educated, and truly knows her craft. I trust her completely and recommend her to everyone I know—and I always will!

I recently got a facial from Ashley at Skin Parlor. I had a wonderful experience. When I went in my skin just happened to be extremely dry. Ashley was very knowledgeable and informative during my facial and showed me the products I can use to keep my skin happy & hydrated! I would highly recommend Ashley & Skin Parlor!

I’ve been getting a multitude of treatments with Sophia here and it’s been an amazing experience. It’s the perfect mix of medical grade skin treatments with a relaxing spa like atmosphere. I’ve gotten laser, peels, and masks here thus far but they have anything and everything. All have been super effective and I love how Sophia helps me understand what is best for my skin’s needs. Aside from her knowledge, she is gentle, caring, and makes the whole experience very relaxing. My skin has been the clearest and healthiest since going here and I plan to continue the journey.

Madi has been a GODSEND and miracle worker on my skin. I'd tried everything (even Accut*ne!) and my acne never seemed to quit. I've been frequenting Madi for aerolase sessions and using a specific Face Reality routine prescribed by Madi and my acne is no longer something I dread going to bed with, out and about with, or waking up to. My skin feels so much happier and healthier under the care of my skin angel!!!

Heather is a rare gem in Austin!!! She was referred to me by a client of mine after I had some lip filler improperly injected at a different med spa. From the second I met her she was warm, comforting, knowledgeable, and whiling help mend a situation that wasn’t hers. I have been going to Skin Parlor for years and have always been happy with my treatments. Recently, Ashley has done treatments like a deluxe dermaplane with peel and PDRN profusion. Both treatments have made my skin glow! She is so gentle and listens to my requests. Highly recommend!

Leigh was a fantastic injector and did a great job, so this review has nothing to do with her. However, I’m very disappointed with the management’s handling of my situation. There was a clear miscommunication on their end, and instead of taking accountability, their idea of ‘making it right’ was offering me a credit to spend more money at their salon. That’s not how you treat a customer.

Sophia is absolutely amazing! She was so thorough in understanding my skin and offering recommendations on a treatment that would be best for me and the rosacea on my face. My skin was so inflamed and after three treatments, it went down significantly. Most importantly, she recommended products for me to take home and treat my face with more love and care using products that my skin needed!!

Three years ago, I sought out Maddie to address my acne concerns, and her expertise in treating skin issues from within led to clear skin in just a month. Maddie's facials are unparalleled, and her knowledge of esthetics is impressive. Heather, the owner, is also fantastic; her proficiency in Botox and other treatments ensures I won't seek services elsewhere. And then there's Robyn! Her precision as an injector and commitment to conservative approaches left me feeling rejuvenated at 42. Thanks to her recommendation of the Microneedling Mermaid Facial, my skin has never looked better. I'm now a regular every other month, reaping the incredible benefits. I've been going to Skin Parlor Austin for about 9 months now and Sophia has turned my complexion around! I've been doing body sculpting to tighten skin, aerolase, DMK masks, microneedling, and more. I can't say enough good things about Sophia. She is so great to me every visit and cares about my treatments and outcome. She often texts me the following day to ensure my treatments are working without discomfort. I am new to the skincare game and I saw Ashley for a facial a few weeks ago. It's important to me at 36 that I preserve what I've got currently so I can ride off into the sunset of middle age looking and feeling my best. Ashley is super knowledgeable, helpful, and truly cares about the people she works with. She is also a no nonsense kinda girl which I appreciate. I had my first experience with Ashley at Skin Parlor last Sunday. We did the Aerolase treatment and I'm amazed at the results just a few days later. I've had chemical peels for twice the cost and half the results. I'm really picky and cautious about my skin, but Ashley was knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. I've already signed up for the next one. Book this treatment, ask for Ashley! (Did I mention it was painless with no downtime?)

My first skincare treatment could not have been ANY better! Ashley was great, she was able to answer all of my questions and I WILL be going back for another treatment! (It is already on the books!)
