If I could give this review 1000 stars I would! I came here for a facial and didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t gotten a facial in a long time. Right when you walk in you are greeted by the lovely and friendly receptionists, they get you checked in and offer some tea or water. Lilia was waiting for me at the top of the stairs and greeted me so kindly. We headed into the facial room and she immediately was such a soft and kind presence. She listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. The whole experience was amazing, she paid such great detail to my needs and what my skin was lacking. I got a green tea steam which felt so amazing. Between the neck and shoulder massage and the red light, it truly was an amazing experience. I will definitely be booking more facials in the future. So so so thankful for Lilia bringing back life to my skin! Thank you to everyone at Skin and Sage for making this a great experience. I had a very disappointing massage here today. I had a lot of tension so decided to treat myself to a deep tissue massage, which the website/menu says includes “deep pressure”. The masseuse was nice but the pressure was extremely light- when I asked for more pressure, she said “ok but I’m not a a very deep pressure therapist”. I could feel that she was trying but it barely scratched the surface of other deep tissue massages I’ve had elsewhere for a lesser cost. If a therapist can’t provide deep pressure, I never should have been able to book her for a deep tissue massage.

Before and after the glow facial with some red light and such, was a same day appointment with my partner. Definitely would recommend. Wish they had tea to offer when you came in but that might be just my limited experience at a few other places. Very cute location though the sage paint interior design was lovely and the facial itself educational and just feels good

This review is long overdue! I’ve been coming to Skin and Sage for about six months (maybe more?), and I can’t stay away. I see Sophie for monthly facials, and my skin has never been better. The products and routine she’s recommended are thoughtfully curated to my specific needs, and I never feel pressured to buy anything. The pricing for both services and products is so reasonable, making this place a true gem. The space itself is stunning—modern, warm, and inviting. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, and it’s been fun getting to know them better with each visit. I’ve also tried sugaring, a massage, and nail services here, and every experience has been top-notch. I love how easy this place is: easy to get to, easy to park, easy to book, and most importantly, easy to feel good about! If you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and sign up for their monthly membership. It’s affordable and hands-down the nicest thing you can do for yourself. Sure, I could book monthly facials on my own, but having it built into my schedule and budget holds me accountable to the self-care I crave—and all without breaking the bank. I’m so grateful for Skin and Sage and can’t recommend it enough!

Sophie is one of the best skin professionals I've met and sets the bar high as one of the owners. Over a few months, she has transformed my skin. Really, every service I've had there has been beyond expectations. Do yourself a favor and book your next visit!

Super serene space, friendly staff. I got a full body 60min massage from Taylor, she is seriously phenomenal! She combines multiple different massage styles and and is super well informed about the body. I felt like a new person !

Been here twice now, became a member the first time I visited. Pedicure and manicure were good and service was also good. Also the receptionist was very friendly and that’s good because they are the face of the place when someone walks in. The service, place and treatment gets a five star from me for the first visit. The second time felt like the service was a bit down by the receptionist was not as friendly. Massage was good and she worked on my back which was a bit tense so I really appreciate that. So the treatment I would rate a 4.5 star for the massage. I was offered water after my service but I also asked for tea and hope that’s acceptable? and the receptionist made some tea but it was lukewarm water. Additionally, I wasn’t offered anything from the members basket, so I asked and she just handed me the basked and didn’t say anything and there were samples in the bags. Unsure on what and how much I was meant to take I picked on bag and I was taking it but then came back to the reception the same time the receptionist also said that I can only have two. Last time they gave me a bunch of samples, how is the member supposed to know anything if they aren’t told? I would rate the service and atmosphere the second time a 2.5 star. Not sure if I’ll continue being a member, maybe I’ll give it one more chance but yeah not so happy about my second visit. The actual massage was decent but it’s the whole experience of being at skin and sage that I’m not so sure about right now.

I got a facial here last week, it was amazing! The facial included a lot such as high frequency and massage. The massage was wonderful! My esthetician Jasmine was very sweet and did a great job.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Ana, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked into her studio, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Ana took the time to discuss my preferences and offered expert advice on the best styles for my eye shape. Her attention to detail is impressive; each lash was applied with precision, and the final result was stunning! I love the volume and length she achieved while still keeping a natural look. Throughout the process, Ana was professional and gentle, making sure I was comfortable at all times. Not only does she have a keen eye for aesthetics, but her passion for her work shines through. I left feeling beautiful and confident! If you're looking for a talented lash technician, Ana is the one to see!

Really disappointing experience all around. After seeing all the wonderful reviews I splurged for a deep tissue massage to help with some serious aches and tension, but man I wish I hadn’t. The staff barely spoke to me and everything felt rushed. Not inviting at all and did not feel comfortable asking questions. The room was absolutely freezing, to the point that I was chilled even under the blanket. The heated bed barely saved me from having to stop the appointment so I could go warm up. Even the bolster was cold. The deep tissue massage was anything but. Pressure was barely noticeable, lighter even than what a standard massage would be. Not only did they not focus at all on the problem areas they specifically asked about, they skimmed over most areas so quickly it felt like a race to the end even with the purchase of an additional 30 min. I was so excited and I walked away so sad and regretful.

Skin and Sage offers a marvelous relaxing experience. Everyone is friendly, highly skilled, and professional. The whole spa is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I've had several pedicures and facials and each time have left relaxed and happy, with beautiful toes and glorious skin. I love this place!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience! It was a perfect add-on for my vacation. Left the spa feeling a ridiculous level of relaxed. Can also recommend the nail services! The color selection was great and matched perfectly with my dress for the opera the next night. 12/10!

Very welcoming and kind staff! Went here on ClassPass and it was a great experience! Will definitely be going back. Service: Pedicure Highlights: smells amazing, intimate setting (calming and relaxing - you don’t hear a bunch of people talking/door opening and closing the whole time), hot towel after massage, put that work in to get rid of my dead skin on the bottom of my feet, and one of the best things they did was put some sort of oil/something on my toes at the very end which is making me think it will make it last longer. We shall see!

I received a massage (CBD & Arnica relief with thermal foot therapy) from Lily today, and she was absolutely incredible! She made the experience so peaceful and relaxing, and she made the environment a totally safe space. The consultation was quick and thorough, and I felt like she definitely focused more specifically on the areas I had extra tension in. I would recommend arriving 10 min early to fill out the service form (and intake forms if necessary) and have a glass of water or cup of tea beforehand! After the service is complete, you get a hot towel to wipe off any excess oil, and you also get a chocolate truffle and more water to rehydrate. Overall, my experience was wonderful!

Skin & Sage was able to accommodate our group of 4 at the same time (2 deep tissue massages and 2 facials) for our weekend Seattle trip. The place was very cute and calming, and when arriving the receptionist was so warm and welcoming to our group. I had a deep tissue massage with Lily and couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was my first deep tissue massage and I was hoping it would help with some neck and shoulder pain I've had for several months. Lily was so sweet and made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. She worked out the tension where I could notice a difference as soon as we wrapped up. Highly recommend Lily and Skin & Sage! Such a bummer for me that I don't live in the state, but I'd definitely book another massage if I'm back in Seattle!

I've now been to Skin & Sage a couple times! Everyone is super delightful from start to finish. The facials I've had have been great, and the advice paired with them has been very helpful. Really happy to have them in the neighborhood!
