Celebrated my daughter bday as she went here previously before. She had a great experience. They offer her a robe and slippers which is what she liked. Well we return today and asked about the robe and slippers and they said they don't offer it on the weekends (as we sat in the lounge watching 2 other women with robes on) once we were done with the salt cave and went to the rest room we saw plenty of robes. I am definitely disappointed in this establishment and will not return!

Aside from the fact that this place is literally two minutes from my house, I love this place and will always go here. Prices are decent and you can get a salt cave visit to relax for really cheap with no other treatment necessary. I went today and got a special facial and I feel relaxed and amazing.

This spa is top notch! Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and affordable services. I personally love to see Alyson for waxing and facials. She is always so friendly and professional and has a ton of experience. I enjoy shopping in their gift shop that offers a wide selection of skincare products, jewelry, candles and other items. I tell everyone if they want a true spa experience come to Skin Sense!

I've only had great experiences at Skin Sense, thanks in large part to Alyson! She is friendly and easy to talk to, but most of all, an amazing professional. Combine Alyson with the inviting and relaxing atmosphere and the inventory of products from local vendors, and I can't help but have Skin Sense on my calendar as a necessity. Went for a Salt Cave visit. It started 15 minutes late as they were waiting on another patron to finish up another service. Not my problem. Went to use the ladies lounge/ bathroom. There was no toilet paper in either of the stalls. When the time was up, I just got up and left. There were no employees to be found, not even at the front desk. Enjoyed the Salt cave, but come on!!!!

I really enjoyed my first time at Skin Sense. The relaxation lounge was just that. Everything was well thought out. I truly felt relaxed and at ease when I first walked in. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the amenities. I would definitely recommend.

I and my sister got facial done there. The service was good, felt good after the treatment. Disappointed with the charges. Their website quoted $110 for those facials but when we got out to make the payment they charged us $150 each and some extra money on top of that. The spa need transparency on the charges.
