I highly recommend skin and soul. I am extremely happy with my results and the service that I received. I am a very self-conscious person and the fact that Rachael made me feel so comfortable and at home, made all of the difference. I felt like I was hanging out with one of my Longtime girlfriends. It was clear from the moment I walked in, she was the expert, she answered all of my questions and made sure that I left knowing everything that I Needed to know. I was refused service by owner because I point blank asked “Can you show me (with a mirror) what you think is possible to achieve on my eyebrows?” The response: “no I can NOT. It’s all artistry that you cannot understand.” I responded, “Is it unreasonable for me to ask what you CAN do and what are your limitations?” And her response was “I don’t know and I can’t tell you. Based on this conversation, I will not micro-blade you.” So this is what it looks like when a person refuses accountability. Don’t waste your time like I did. Sooooo… I now have an appointment booked at another studio. They charge $40 for a consultation where they measure your face and give you a more clear idea of what they can achieve. Then, they apply the $40 to the actual procedure. Makes more sense to me, to pay for their time and have more information, rather than a free “consultation” with vague and obscure non-answers. I just read read your response. The shift wasn’t me, it was actually you. At the actual procedure you finally said “I can’t change the shape of your eyebrow.” After thinking about it, i realized that at the consultation, you never actually removed my eyebrow pencil, so you never saw the shape of my natural brow. In the end, you did me a huge favor. I want to another studio where they removed my makeup, discussed three different procedures, measured and sketched out my new brow…all at the consultation! I paid $200 more but it was well worth it! I received a combination of three different techniques! Their communication was much more effective and the outcome was more dramatic. It almost seemed like you were afraid to promise an outcome. At any rate, you did me a favor! I found a truly professional artist who wasn’t afraid to commit to an outcome.

This was the perfect facial experience! She was very patient and addressed any concerns that I had with my skin. She explained all the tools she was going to use and demonstrated how they worked. Throughout the facial she walked you through what she was doing and made sure that you were comfortable throughout.
