I had a positive experience with the management here; they were very kind and accommodating. Winnie was particularly helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the process straightforward, especially with the Groupon. I appreciated that there were no issues or scams, which can sometimes happen at other places. However, I did notice that the massage therapist seemed somewhat limited in utilizing the customer preference list. Although there were no areas to avoid listed, she only focused on the specified areas and did not address other parts of the body. Despite this, the overall experience was still easy and relaxing.

I purchased a voucher for a 60 minute Deep Pore Detox Facial from Groupon. My appointment was at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:20pm. The receptionist was really friendly. She told me to wait a little bit and offered me water. I filled out a waiver. The esthetician was with another client so I was seen at 3:45pm. The room where she proceeded with the facial has no air conditioner. There was no air conditioner because I felt so hot. I never felt like that in other places while getting a facial. I love getting facials and I do try different places. I informed the esthetician that I was feeling hot and she did turn on the fan but that it did not help. I was hot and uncomfortable. My facial was completed at 4:30pm so it was not a 60 minutes facial. The whole procedure took 45 minutes when it supposed to be 60 minutes. I got the deal on Groupon so I did not complain at the front desk. Anyway, it was not worth it.

Li Ya was excellent! Very professional. She always checked in to make sure I was okay during my massage. My skin looks amazing! One of the best facials I’ve ever had. Thank you Li Ya!

I initially discovered this establishment via a Groupon deal, and it has been a fantastic find. Beginning with a package for lymphatic massages, I've since transitioned to their in-house packages and couldn't be happier. Liya has been exceptional during each visit, and I'm thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Skin Station in Brooklyn for its pristine, tranquil atmosphere.

new management is terrible. i've purchased my package back in 2021. just make sure you guys disclose all fine prints with them before you make any purchase. poor communication from front desk.

I visited after having been to another location and used a Groupon deal for an hour facial. The staff was very welcoming, the facilities were very clean and I loved my facial. They didn't aggressively try to upsell me, and in fact, I asked for a product before they offered. Note: this is down 1.5 flights of stairs and not at all wheelchair accessible.
