I found this place on Groupon and it was the best facial I ever had. Susan was so professional, kind and informed and explained everything she was doing in detail and how it benefits your skin. I bought the package, I will 100% be back. Thank you Skin Station and Susan!

I came here with my mom for both of our first facials ever and had a great experience! We did the 60 min basic facial and had a great, relaxing time. The employees were really knowledgeable and kind. My skin feels so amazing I want to make facials a regular part of my schedule. I did some research before booking with Skin Station and they seem to be really reasonably priced for the kind of service you get. Highly recommend!

Solidly ok! Will I go back? Probably not. Did I regret going? No. It’s in a basement in Chinatown. It’s dimly lit and they take you back to a very dark, small room. I used a Groupon and from the moment I said that the front desk lady kept shouting “coupon” to the other workers. I mean, it was a good price in my opinion. My facial was ok - she was a bit hard to understand and I was not able to ask some of the questions I had. That being said my face felt great when I left. It was relaxing but you could hear them talking to each other in another room as you lay there.

Great facial - but beware: I didn’t know much about facials and asked for my esthetician’s opinion (though, I was leaning towards getting the classic facial since it was the most cost-effective and looked great still). But she told me I needed a “custom facial” instead of the classic and it ended up being the same thing as the classic, just double the price.

I have been going for 2 years plus and have to say the best experience. I love my facials and definitely see the improvement on my face. I use to have bad acne and needed to find a way to help my skin look and feel better. They have helped my skin look incredible and bring my confidence back to the surface. Definitely worth the money.

I love Skin Station and in particular Mei (though I'm sure everyone is amazing). Mei has such a light comforting touch, but won't hesitate to get IN on those extractions. I almost always fall asleep when I'm with her. She knows what she's doing and I step out looking fresh and well-rested. They offer great packages which keeps it affordable enough for me to do monthly. Thank you, Mei!

Overall, it is not a bad experience. I would advise that you go with a cleansed makeup free face. And ask questions about the treatment you're getting. If it works, you can always buy the recommended products or use others that provide the same benefits and compliment your skin just as well or better.

REVIEW FROM IRENE: Few weeks ago, I had my first facial @ Skin Station with May. She’s super sweet and really took the time with the extraction part — which was one of my main concerns. The place is super clean. My facial lasted about 75 minutes, the rooms are cozy and they play really relaxing music, I almost fell asleep!! Compared to other places, I found their prices honest & fair. If you are looking for a place to get traditional facials, I highly recommend it. — Irene

Shirley has been an absolute savior for my decade long battle with acne, scarring and uneven skin tone.. .. she has gone above and beyond to clarify and treat my skin. The service is incredible! I am still in treatment and immediately see improvement after 1 treatment with IPL, ,chemical peeling and facial. Can not recommend skin station more .

This place is a hit or miss. My first appointment with Maggie was great so I got their package for 5 Deep Pore Facial + 5 RF Firming (addtl $280). Now on to my 4th and 5th (last) appointment.. this is where service kinda went downhill. During my 4th facial, it was obvious that I have eyelash extensions, she was not careful and getting oils/serums on my eyelashes. When it was time to put the mask (the gooey drying type), she just poured it all over my face getting it on my eyes and in my nostril. I waited a min to see if she was gonna do something about it, but she didn't so I had to tell her. She did try to clean my eyelashes tho, but I was already annoyed with what just happened (I still gave her tip). My 5th appointment, this is when I decided it would be my last with them. It felt rushed and when she was doing my RF, I noticed she was just focusing on my eye area, I asked her why she didnt do my entire face like usual but she was insisting that it's only for the eye area which left me so confused. She ended up doing the other half of my face but sounded annoyed and said "i'll do it for 5mins" After the facial, she showed me their brochure trying to justify that the additional RF is THERMAL LIFTING EYE TREATMENT. Again, I was so confused bec the past 4 appointments I've had, was RF FIRMING FACIAL (what I paid $280 extra for on top of Deep Pore). It's unfortunate that the last 2 services I got was disappointing bec I was really looking forward to buying more of their package.
