ONE OF THE BEST! Parking is not a problem at all knowing it is in Downtown (if you know how hard to find parking here) and i personally find it really convenient area wise but most importantly SoYeon is probably one if the sweetest provider out here, it was very comfortable being in her clinic and she made sure of that as well, most of my questions were answered and she’s the type to really do her best to make sure u look your best. I am now a regular and can’t wait to try out her other services. And her PROMOS?!! It’s almost getting it for free😩❤️

I got 3 sessions of potenza a few months ago, with July being the last month of the treatment. I waited for a few months because I wanted to see the lasting results before I gave a true review. I saw the biggest change in sebum production which was one of my main concerns! Normally during the hotter months my face would get super oily but I noticed that my face was not oily at all after the treatments. Not only that, I saw a reduction in my pores and also noticed that my skin texture felt smoother! In addition, I want to give a shoutout to Soyeon for being so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She’s been very personable and always made sure to talk about the treatments and explain as we go so that I knew what was being done to my face and so that we’re on the same page. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend Soyeon to others seeking skin improvements!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Skin Story! As a first-time Botox client, I was a bit nervous, but Soyeon put me at ease right from the start. The consultation was thorough and informative, and she took the time to explain every step of the process. Soyeon is incredibly skilled and attentive, and her attention to detail was evident throughout the procedure. The results are subtle and natural-looking, exactly what I was hoping for. I really appreciate how she took the time to listen to what I envisioned for myself, and tailored the treatment to my individual preferences. I highly recommend Skin Story to anyone looking to improve their skin quality! Soyeon is so kind, professional and knowledgable. My skin has always felt dry, no matter how much lotion and moisturizing cream I apply. So, I decided to invest in professional skincare treatment before it was too late. I heard great things about the Potenza treatment from my friends in Korea, and Skin Story was one of the few places that offered it at a reasonable price. I was advised to undergo at least three rounds of treatment for the best results. Although I was informed that it would take approximately 2-4 months to see significant changes, it's been about 6 weeks since I completed my three Potenza treatments, and I've already noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin texture. The best part is, even my husband, who doesn't usually notice such things, commented on how radiant my skin looks! I also tried masseter botox (AKA V-Line Box), and it made a huge difference in my jawline! The procedure was painless and results were simply amazing!! I’m so thrilled to have found this clinic. It was a worthwhile investment, and I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I received at Skin Story. Thank you, Soyeon!

I'm a newbie when it comes to skincare treatments. I ended up getting Oligio ONE WEEK before my wedding. I wanted the makeup to look good on the wedding day! After halfway done, I could tell the difference between my one cheek to the other because it was way slimmer!! I'm attaching my before (LEFT) and after (RIGHT) photo and you can still see the difference. I got excited so I am smiling in the AFTER photo but even so, you can see that my skin is much tighter. The session was not painful at all and Soyeon was very careful and checked in with me numerous times to make sure that I was comfortable. Another thing I liked was that Soyeon didn't really push for products and other treatments but just listened to my needs and recommended the best option for me especially before the important date. I had a trial wedding make up session a few days before I had Oligio and my makeup lasted so much longer on the wedding day. Even my makeup artist asked if I slept well because my skin looks great. (I hadn't sleep well haha) I'm glad I was able to get it done because it made a difference! I plan on getting more sessions soon! I appreciate that Soyeon made it really easy, comfortable and non-intimidating! I will be back!! Thank you!

Soyeon is absolutely amazing! I had my first session of Oligio skin tightening and skin booster a few weeks ago, and recently started noticing amazing results on my skin from the treatments. Soyeon is so kind and informative. She made sure to thoroughly explain each procedure and the expectations to me prior to my treatments. I love that she's very honest and tells me exactly what I need in order to achieve my aesthetic goals. If you plan on getting these treatments done, I HIGHLY recommend Skin Story Med Spa!

Soyeon is the best! I’ve now seen her for multiple Botox treatments and more recently skin boosters. The skin booster is definitely a 10/10 on the pain scale, but absolutely worth the struggle!! And she was so attentive during our session. I so appreciate that she listens to my concerns and provides her honest feedback without pushing additional products/services. Her studio is also super clean and I love the treatments I’ve received so far! Can’t wait to go back for more treatments!

I just completed a series of 3 Potenza treatments, and can’t recommend Skin Story Med Spa enough! The location is very convenient with plenty of validated parking. NP Soyeon is a great listener, gentle, sweet and straightforward. Her facility is super clean with all the latest in skin technology. My entire experience was so positive and most importantly, I feel like I can trust Soyeon with my skin. Can’t wait to go again!

Skin Story Med Spa have this June Promotion right now and I went to try their "Glass Skin Package" ! This included Hydro Facial, Skin Booster, and Water Drop Lifting. For a single package (with promotion going on right now), it only costed $500 and for 3 sessions, it costed $1200 (which would end up being $400 each session). When I arrived, Soyeon greeted me with her clean and neat facility and it was ready to start! First I washed my face to remove any makeup and then she numbed me with numbing cream (she used extra strong numbing cream to help reduce pain when she uses microneedles "hycoox" to inject skin booster). After waiting for 30 min, she started off by doing Hydro Facial to remove any dirt, dead skin, and clean out my pore so this can help to get a better result with microneedling. She then had a consultation with me to see which one I would need based on my skin condition (from PRP, Juvelook, and Rejuran). After evaluation of my skin, I needed improvements in hydration, fine wrinkles, and developing collagen to improve skin elasticity. So she suggested Juvelook injection, and she took extra care to inject it on my skin evenly throughout. It had slight pain on certain areas but for someone that is scared of needles, this was nothing. After she finished injecting the skin booster, she calmed my flared up skin (due to injection) with LDM water drop lifting ultrasound. This already helped cool down my skin but even more to this, she took an extra step and put rubber mask modeling pack to reduce heat! It is now Day 1 after my procedure and I did not see any swelling any more. I saw some red needle spots here and there (this is normal) but I was able to cover it up with my sunscreen/ bb cream! The result will show after 7-10 days so I cannot wait to see my skin glowing! Thank you Soyeon for taking extra steps to carefully work on my skin and helping me figure out the best solution for my skin concerns! Cannot wait to go back for my 2nd session!

Today, I visited Skin Story LA, and I absolutely loved it! NP is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The salon is impeccably clean, and new machines! I tried the Oligo treatment that is radiofrequency heat to cause collagen to contract which tightens and lifts the skin as well as to stimulate new collagen growth for skin rejuvenation, and I'm already seeing fantastic results. I highly recommend Skin Story LA for anyone looking for professional skincare services. Next time I am going to do PRP!

I recently had my first Botox treatment on my forehead, and I am beyond pleased with the results. The actual procedure was very quick and painless. It has now been about 10 days since my Botox treatment, and I am already seeing remarkable results. Not only have my forehead lines become less noticeable, but some of the wrinkles have even disappeared. Very clean, professional, and great service. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back for another treatment.
