Alicia is incredibly professional and really knows what she’s talking about. I’ve been to a few dermatologists and skincare centers over the years but have never heard “you booked X, but I’m gonna do Y because your skin doesn’t call for something that extreme”. I love when a professional knows their field that well! She explained why the service I originally booked was overkill and that she has a conservative approach to skincare to prevent long term damage from over-treatment. I ended up doing a basic facial and it was amazing, also got some new products from her that I’m excited about. Woke up to clear, glowing skin. I will be going back for sure

Alicia is FANTASTIC! I started going to her 2 months ago and I’ve already decided I’m going to go every month. I struggle with oily skin and acne scaring and I’ve already noticed a DRASTIC difference in my skin. Alicia is super understanding and cares a lot about every person she encounters. She will truly take the time to listen to your concerns about your skin. She works around my hectic schedule without complaint and always checks up on me a day or two after my facial to make sure I am happy with my results. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and over all just very relaxing.

Alicia is amazing! She is responsive and fit me into her schedule without a problem. She also send reminder via tex, which is greatly appreciated. The space is very relaxing and clean. She walked me through the process and has great bed side manner. Alicia is very welcoming, sweet, professional and very comfortable that during the waxing process we just chat away. I would not go to anyone else! You must get you wax here. I also get my facials with Alicia and my skin always looks great. She amazing at what she does.

Alicia is the best! I have been to Alicia multiple times for facials and getting my eyebrows waxed and dyed. She recommends the best facial option based on my skin at that moment and always lets me know what she’s doing and continually checks in as she goes to make sure I’m comfortable. It’s such a relaxing experience and I always feel refreshed when I leave. I love what she does to my eyebrows. I’ve never been one to spend a lot of time on them and when she’s done with them, they look great and they require little work on my part. Alicia has been the best thing to happen to my skin. After moving to Colorado I started experiencing more breakouts than usual. Upon meeting her she assessed my skin and went forward with a custom facial targeting my hyperpigmentation. The atmosphere is always relaxing and she is always so sweet and professional. Alicia is such a calming, knowledgable presence. I feel like I can connect with her and enjoy talking but also I feel rejuvenated at the same time. She has been using a 'micro needling' technique on my skin and while I was nervous at first she walked me through it and even though wintertime is when my skin would struggle the most- no struggles here! It's never too early to worry about aging in my opinion, and Alicia's knowledge not only of skin and biology as well as her extensive Dermalogia skin care line lets me know I'm in good hands.

I have had problem skin on and off my whole life and after seeing many different people for skin treatments, I have found my number one! She is so great at what she does. First time I have had my brows done, and I wish I had done them sooner with Alicia! They are perfect now! She was very precise and used techniques so it wouldn't be painful, and the red marks only lasted an hour! I am so happy with how they turned out!!! Will definitely be going back!

My boss purchased a facial for me from Alicia as a lovely thank you, which I used yesterday. Alicia immediately made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable. Her knowledge of her craft becomes apparent as soon as she starts talking to you about the ins and outs of the products she is using on you and why. Definitely not in a "pushy, used car salesman way" but as a very educated professional. I was sad when my time was up and let me tell you my skin looks FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC. I will absolutely be seeing her again.
