Carol is an absolute MASTER of her craft and got my skin clearer than I ever could have imagined it being. I've struggled with severe, painful acne for 10+ years and have been to 5 different acne specialists. I tried everything and I started to accept the fact that I might just have to deal with this skin condition for the rest of my life, I really lost hope. I am so grateful that I found Carol. She is the only esthetician that has gotten my skin to be consistently clear and manageable. She takes wonderful care of her clients and made me feel seen from my first consultation. Every day I wake up in shock that my skin is clear and bright with no new breakouts. I would recommend Carol to anyone!

Before coming to Carol, I had a hard time with my skin. My skin was irritated all the time, oily, and painful with the type/amount of acne I had. After my visit and consistently using the products she gave me, I noticed a massive change in my skin. I rarely break out and have a good, even tone. Oil control is fantastic, too! I have been back a few times and never fail to walk out with a huge smile on my face. I have had the best experience here, and my skin is so grateful!!

Getting my skin treated by Carol at Skin Therapy has seriously changed my life!! In October, my acne was so bad that I didn’t want to go anywhere or do anything, and it was all that I thought about. But after going to Carol for just a few months, I noticed such a drastic difference it’s actually insane. It’s now April and I have never felt more happy and confident with my natural skin. Not to mention, Carol is such a kind and sweet lady who made this journey so much easier and was a constant reminder that things always get better with time :)

Carol is the absolute best and I’m so thankful for all that she’s done to help me get rid of my acne! I had terrible cystic acne for years and nothing ever worked to get rid of it until I started seeing Carol! After just 4 months of treatment I’m practically acne-free and my skin has never felt/looked better! Carol is one of the most genuine people that I know. She taught me about the science behind skin and what products are safe to use and what type of food to eat to improve my acne and also healthy everyday practices to do to prevent breakouts. She truly knows the skin inside and out. She creates a plan that is specific to your type of skin. My self-esteem has improved so much. I'm almost 30 and developed acne randomly. Some of the products are anti-aging and also acne fighting. I highly highly recommend!!!! Im completely clear besides a few scars but those are fading with time.

What a wonderful blessing it has been to see my acne prone face clear up in just under 6 months. After trying everything from acupuncture to prescribed topical cream for the past 4 years, nothing has been able to cleanse my skin like the personalized program Carol designed. It's simply a testament to Carol's knowledge of the chemical science behind her program. I will never forgot her patience and attention to detail in the consultation where she broke down the theory in such a fluent manner. The thoroughness and quality of Carol's work continues to amazed me as she is constantly improving my topical skin care routine. All of the products are used together as part of a bigger picture and are very reasonably priced. With the vast array of equipment in the office, it's easy to map something like acne that's seemingly subjective. I'm very grateful that I found this program as a last resort before considering Accutane. Aubry is just plain amazing. She microbladed my eyebrows and they are perfect. She caters each session to fit the specific needs of her clients. Since following Carol’s acne program, my skin has made huge improvements. In about 12 weeks, my skin is significantly clearer, smoother, and more even in color. Carol is extremely knowledgeable about skin health and she works to heal acne at the source. She personalized treatments and routines for me and even followed up via text to be sure things were going smoothly between appointments. She was able to work around the fact that I am breastfeeding so I could improve my skin without using products that would be harmful for my baby. Aubry did my microblading on my brows. I am so pleasantly pleased with the result. I had pretty decent brows to begin with but I wanted to change my shape and get more fuller brows without looking crazy. I was super nervous about getting the color to match my existent brow. But Aubry really tackled it perfectly. She kept it natural and beautiful. Needless to say, I will be returning to further my beauty needs.

I was invited for a custom consult facial. I was initially apprehensive but it was a great experience. Chelsea was absolutely amazing. She tailored the facial specifically to my skins needs. She also thoroughly explained the process as each step progressed giving me details of what she was using and why. I appreciate the details of the visit including her gentle touch. I could see myself coming back for future visits.

Carmen is an excellent addition to the Skin Therapy of Charlotte staff!! Did a wonderful job with my facial. I’ve been a customer for over 4 years, very picky and always have done my facials with Carol before yesterday that Carmen did my facial. After introducing herself, she told that she had taken the time to study my profile to make sure that nothing was missed. For me that was a great start. She took her time to study my skin and was in no hurry to complete facial. Carmen also took the time to review the skin products that I am currently using and made suggestions on new products to try but never pushed me to buy anything. I definitely recommend Carmen!! You won’t be dissapointed!! Skin Therapy of Charlotte is my one stop for facials, personal waxing (Aubry) and massages (Regina). Both are awesome as well!! 100% recommend!!

As an avid triathlete, my body is constantly being stressed. Regina takes the time to listen to me about how my body is feeling and she has the ability to target specific problem areas. She is very knowledgable and the entire experience made me question where she has been all my life! Phenomal service in quaint and personable setting. My Father was in a great deal of pain after a spinal fusion surgery that had had some complications...I was out of town and hoping to have a therapist do some reflexology type body work on his legs and hands. Finding a therapist to go into the hospital was quite difficult until I finally was able to connect with Regina. Not only did she take the time to find his new room after they moved him...she came back every other day and gave him comfort and releif through hand and foot massage. Regina was kind and professional and had a special touch even for someone in such great pain.

Regina gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage! I have had back and neck problems for years and even had surgery a few years back. The pain started getting bad again and I have considered going back for another surgery. She communicated with me during the treatment, to ensure that I was comfortable. She also kept me informed of what areas she was working on and how those particular muscles affect my body. I am going to make Regina's massages a part of my lifestyle, on at least a monthly basis!
