Called about an issue with my order (which I have all rights as a paying customer to be upset about) and instead of receiving compassion and understanding from the "customer rep", she was beyond RUDE and more upset than I was!

Amazing place with even better staff. Clean updated and welcoming environment. Very professional service. Maurice, the massage therapist is seriously OUTSTANDING ....best massage ever...didnt want it to end! Cecelia was also great with the facials offering free skin care samples. Overall, a fabulous place!!

Great experience with owner herself that gave me a wonderful facial! The spa was so relaxing, from the ambiance and the smell, I could have stayed there all day! I will be a new regular customer with the knowledgeable staff making my skin beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

I have had two massages, two facials, and a wax here. They are always professional and very clean! Every time I leave, they give me a multitude of free samples and suggestions for my skin care!

I stand by my review and your bogus reply is an example of how you answer the phone. Help me or not i do care. I did not hold you accountable for my "tardiness" i canceled because your secratary's attitude and my review reflected that. When i reschede, you have the option to provide good customer service. I do have doubts you will rise to the occation and seem a bit spiteful. Provide better service next time and ill change the review to reflect how you handle yourselves. My wife tried to verify our appointment for almost 2 hours. Nobody picked up the phone, and when they did we found that were were going to be late. The girl who answered the phone talked highly and how booked they are so they couldnt accomodate our later time "they were booked completey up". I asked about rescheduling and the girl acted like they are just way too busy and booked out for months. So I asked to just cancel the appointment and the girl became manic. "We have staff that isnt being paid and im putting stress on them". Do not buy their groupon, there are plenty of places that appriciate your business. Thank you for your detailed reply. Actually my wife started calling before 1pm, i did not call you at 2:14 I called you at 2: 42pm nor did i receive any call from you. get your facts straight before you post a bogus time line. Im holding you accountable for the attitude. I told you i was going to be late and asked to reschedule forn later at 2:42. The girl who answered acted special needs and did not help me. She felt it necessary to explain you couldnt acommodate any options. And $40 is bothing, you lost buisness because your secratary is not helpful.

I started my skin therapy with Alexis and she was amazing! The first day she examined my skin and explained what she is going to do in short and long term. My skin has acne and with treatment it was very dry. She said we will get it to balanced first, and she gave me the right products and followed up with me weekly basis. I cannot tell enough how happy I am to work with Alexis. She cares about me, she checks my situation and gives me all good advises. I am looking forward my future appointments. Thanks Alexis!

The most relaxing atmosphere I have ever been in, you feel the relaxation begin the moment you walk thru the front door!! The service was impeccable!! They are very knowledgeable on skin care and offer a variety of amazing products. Reasonably priced and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends!!

This is a lovely respite in the heart of Tampa. When you walk in, you leave the city noise and dust behind you and end up in a peaceful oasis. I currently go there for wax sessions, but look forward to a massage soon!

Skin Trends was amazing! The team was so professional and friendly. I came with a party of 5 and we were so well taken care of in a very timely manner. We even had cupcakes and Champagne waiting for us. We all got massages and facials that were so relaxing we didn’t want to leave. This spa is beautifully decorated with a very relaxing vibe. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be going back!

So good - I had a Champaign facial which was incredible. Best facial I have ever had (and I have had many). They're worth a visit - the place is just beautiful and for my first time EVERYONE knew my name =0) I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

This place is fantastic! I booked a bachelorette party massage and facial package. When we arrived we were greeted by the staff and given a bottle of champagne and tray of delicious pastries. Maurice gave us a great relaxing massage. I had never had a facial before and they went over everything with me beforehand and it was wonderful. We left with goody bags filled with facial products and mascara. When i am back in Tampa I will definitely go see them again

Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else. Marjorie is a star! She's friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly very hygienic. From here on out she's the only one I'll trust for waxing. I'm an aesthetician so I know what I'm taking about, she's amazing.

Had my first facial the other the day and it was amazing! Marjorie is awesome, she takes her time and explains everything she's doing and what it's for. The spa in general is great, they use/sell the best products on the market. I would highly recommend Skin Trends!

I found skin trends through the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and my experience was phenomenal. The aesthetician's are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The environment is so relaxing! It is worth a visit. Skin Trends will not disappoint.

I've been going to skin trends once a month for the last 4 months. The interior is beautifully decorated, the services are wonderful, and the staff is amazingly friendly. Marjorie is incredibly knowledgeable and a joy to be around.

I've never used the spa, but I started ordering my Rhonda Allison from them when another aesthetician stopped carrying them. They have the best selection - I don't think there's anything they don't have, they always give you a 15% discount or a free full size product (depends on how much you order) and now they have a points system that makes the bottom line even smaller. Great customer service, too - I had a faulty container, and they replaced it without needing me to send the original back, just gave them the lot number.

Recently found Skin Trends through google. I use to work as an aesthetician and laser hair removal technician and was looking for a med spa where I can purchase products online. I moved from Texas to Chicago and haven't been to many med spas here. I am so glad I found Skin Trends. The products are great and the shipping is fast. Thank you so much for all your help!

While visiting Tampa on vacation I visited Skin Trends for a facial. Alexis was my aesthetician and she was great. The facial was relaxing and the spa is welcoming, clean, and inviting. I will definitely return on my next visit to Tampa!
