Makaela is outstanding! A true professional, she combines her knowledge and understanding of skincare with her desire to help you look your best. With each question I ask her, she effortlessly gives me a detailed explanation that I can easily understand- she knows skincare inside and out! She is detail oriented and loves a challenge. I have very sensitive skin and she will go to great lengths to find just the right treatments for me. I can’t say enough good things about Makaela; I recommend her to all my friends and assure them that they can search all around, but will never find anyone as fabulous as Makaela!

I absolutely love this place. I go there for spray tans, see Kim, and she does a flawless job. It is so professional and it is female run, and I support them 100%. I have never had any cosmetic work done there, but I’ve heard from other people that is also excellent.

I have been going to see Lexi Ford for about two years and she has done so much to help clear my skin. I used to have acne breakouts that created dark spots hyperpigmentation and she is really transformed my skin not only is she a great aesthetician, but she’s also a great person who cares about her clients. She’s helped with my mom skin. She is also great with communicating with her clients on preventative care things to avoid treatments that could be helpful to prevent breakouts and acne reoccurrence and maintaining healthy skin.

Love this place! From facials to lasers and IVs, SkinBody is awesome! Courtney, Mikaela, Lexie, Molly, Gina and Kenzie have all been superb when I have utilized their services. I’m sure everyone is great, but these are the ladies I can think of offhand! Cannot recommend highly enough! And definitely take advantage of their IV special right now; that massage chair is absolute heaven! 💕

SkinBody is the BEST! Shannon is my NP and she has truly helped transform my skin. I’ve been struggling with postpartum skin issues and I started seeing Shannon in Oct and within 1 month I started getting so many compliments on my skin. I highly recommend going to see her as she is very knowledgeable and her suggestions made an immediate impact. The other ladies are so friendly and welcoming too. Went into the spa and made sure to write and educate staff that I have had a serious melasma issue concerning a laser in the past. When I went I for a consultation as I am new to the area, I did ask about a laser they said treated melasma. The tech showed me pictures of her friend who is also employed by the spa and assured me they had a melasma setting. That this laser tightened skin, evened texture, removed fine lines and wrinkles. I did make sure to mention numerous times about my past experience with laser and how I opt for peels now. She assured me that is was the best on the market so I booked in 4 weeks before I had to do a majour fashion runway event. I knew something had gone horribly wrong when right after my procedure she looked at me and said we will need to get you this product for that melasma that's going to come out, she had this really concerned look on her face and her energy completely shifted. I looked at her and said excuse me, you said it would do x, y, and z. All of the sudden she was backtracking about everything she had previously told me. I bought the aftercare which broke me out, and stayed out of the sun until my follow up. I kept intouch as my skin did not look better and kept getting worse. I was left with huge melasma patches, and the tech told me it was my fault and if I wanted perfection I should have told her and I needed to do at least 5 more sessions. So much gaslighting. She also constantly tried to sell me products, telling me my skinmedica line was trash. That tns serum saved my skin, and it's some of the best medical grade skincare on the market. I put a full stop on that and called the clinic, I knew that would damage my skin even more. The owner made it into a personal issue, all I was asking is that they are better st understaning my skin type and have a better standard in place and what could we do to remedy this. It was extrmely unfriendly and I informed her I am a professional model and my face is my career. Like I would ever ruin my skin purposely, but she absolutely told me this tech was a good girl and I was basically lying. I do have text messages/receipts. When she was unaware I had already had my before pictures taken at other spas bc I had my neurotoxin done and few other consults. I was made to feel so bad and gaslit by the owner and her staff. I also had a post consult with a laser tech that informed me they should have done a test area, bc I did make them aware of melasma being an issue in the past. It cost me over 1000$ in peels over 21 days to fix the last time. The owner offered a vi peel for the deep melasma. But when I got there it was a bait and switch. The new tech gave me a cheap low level peel which cased me to have an acne breakout right before my show. The tech recorded our interactions on her personal phone recording the entire treatment which felt incredibly invasive. I just wanted help fixing their mistake. I was kind and friendly the entire time. The tech also took my pictures without telling me, used some lighting as a parlor trick to say they fixed the melamsa issue. I am a professional model and am well aware of slathering on some serum and using lighting to fake a good outcome. As I was checking out the first techs best friend came to sneer at me while I was leaving out the back door. It was one of the most horrible experiences at a medspa to date and I have been going to them for almost 20 years and never once complained. When I came back for my last follow up I put on my thickest tinted sunscreens the girl was like, oh your skin looks beautiful. I told her I had thick sunscreen on and she ushered me quickly out the door, she didn't remove it at anytime to actually look at my skin. Honestly I will never ever trust my skin to techs without medical degrees again. Not only that another tech told me that the first one does recreational drugs and the rest of the staff dabble in it with her for healing. This place is all about high volume, low quality care, and if you clealry have an issue where they mess up, good luck being treated kindly.

I have been going to Mikaela for over a year now and I can truly say she is the best of the best! Not only is she wonderful at what she does, but I love how she takes the time to educate you on treatments, skincare products and regimens, and really tailors everything to my specific needs. She is always checking in on me to see how my skin is progressing and providing recommendations to improve my skin health overall. My skin has been transformed in so many ways and I couldn’t be happier with the services she has provided and the education she has given me that will last me a life time! Truly have never felt more confident in my skin and will 10/10 recommend to a friend!
