Had a great intro facial with Robert; he was very thorough and knowledgeable about different skin types and the products and routines that would specifically benefit your skin. I was impressed with his professionalism and expertise.

I bought my elderly mother a facial for Mother’s Day. She was so looking forward to her facial and was so excited to take it finally come. We were running a little late getting our lunch finished and parking was difficult. I contacted Robert to let him know that we would be approximately 15 minutes late. His answer was to just make the appointment 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Although that was very kind of him to give us that leeway, we ended up, not needing it as we arrived only 10 minutes late. It wasn’t easy getting in the building so that took a little time. When we got to his suite I made sure to hurry with paperwork and getting my mother situated on the high table as she is a small woman with physical disabilities. I left my mother to have her facial. While I was walking the neighborhood I receive a text that said she needed promptly picked up at three which was 40 minutes of a 60 minute facial when I inquired about why she didn’t get a full hour he snapped back with that. The appointment was never confirmed and I was late. I went back and looked at my emails from Groupon and didn’t see anywhere where I was to confirm but that being said I picked her up anyway as he requested. I asked my mother how her facial was at her answer was “awful”. When I asked her why, she said that all he did was rub four different lotions on her face. He didn’t massage her neck her shoulders or anything else that she was used to from other facials she has had in the past. Then when he told her her session was complete, she asked, how am I supposed to get off the table and he told her you just get off. No offer to assist an elderly woman in sitting up or getting off the table. A facial is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and this was not the case for my mother. I do not recommend Skincraft at all.

Robert was so accommodating, professional, and performed an amazing facial. Massage pressure was great and all the products were botanical based and gentle. I will be back!

Wonderful moisturizer facial. Robert is knowledgeable, explains all he did. Even today, 1 day later, my skin looks more vibrant. Also enjoyed the LED treatment and shoulders and scalp massage. Robert’s touch was firm but gentle.
