It's a great experience to be had, for seemingly a not serious issue for many people. It's a very open, relaxing, and fun atmosphere. Just getting a good service on top of that being given advice on what I can do. To keep myself clean, and clear on my face and other parts of my body that experience breakout. 10/10 would recommend!! I do appreciate the owner and what she does!

My experience with skin deep lounge was nothing short of amazing . Erikah was pleasant and knowledgeable I have struggling with seborric dermatitis on my face for almost a year and I couldn’t find anything to help . I went to her and received a hydration facial and some sample products which changed the game for my skin . The ISOV Azulene cream keeps my face moisturized and feeling hydrated daily . It’s a bit pricy but definitely worth the cost , please if you haven’t already give skin deep lounge a try !!!

My first time getting a facial in 8 years did not disappoint! Erika is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. One thing I liked is she didn't try to push products or additional appointments on me, but taught me how to tweak my current regimen to meet my skin goals. The treatment room is so gorgeous and relaxing. The first half of the facial was so thorough and relaxing...I fell asleep on the second half😂. All in all I loved my experience & look forward to this being a quarterly self-care treat!

Skin Deep is the ultimate spa experience. I received my first ever facial by the lovely Erika and it was life changing. She is so professional, accommodating, and hospitable. I felt at home right away. The atmosphere is très chic and incredibly relaxing. I didn’t want my appointment to end! I’ll most definitely be a returning costumer.

Erika is now my skin fairy-godmother! Not only is she incredibly kind and sweet, but she listened to my skin concerns and was super gentle and thorough with my facial during our allotted time. Her studio is clean, comfortable, cozy and vibey. She was also nice enough to walk me out towards my car during the storm. Just an overall awesome experience! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment :)

I was looking for someone in the GSO area that provided Brazilian wax service. I was able to book a last minute appointment at Skindeep. Very clear instructions on how to locate the suite were given prior to my arrival. I was warmly greeted by the esthetician and provided a professional, fast and above satisfactory service. She was able to answer any questions or concerns I had about skincare and provided aftercare instructions and samples to address my needs. I highly recommend this spa for the service I received. I’ll definitely be going back. 10/10

Very professional, relaxing environment. She makes you feel so comfortable. I fell asleep within the first 20 minutes. She also gives great recommendations. It’s been about 3 weeks since trying her recommendations and I see a difference in my skin already!

WONDERFUL experience and my skin feels sooo good! This was the best facial I've ever received!! Erika is not only knowledgeable about her process and the skin, but makes you feel super comfortable! The products are amazing, which she doesn't make you buy , but explained to me how to incorporate into my current routine. She even provided a hand written note, thanking me for my business, along with sample products to try based on my skin type!! I was having horrible breakouts and blemishes. I've tried multiple products. I honestly felt defeated. So, I googled a place to get facial for relaxation. I stumbled across Skin Deep Skin Care & Waxing Lounge. Erika is AMAZING! We discussed the possibilities of my breakouts. We examined my nutrition and she gave some suggestions of what to use. Services at Skindeep are a total experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and Erika is attentive to each customer's individual needs. I have received brow waxing facial services as well as purchased products and have been extremely satisfied in every instance. The professionalism is unquestionable. The customer service is impeccable. The establishment is immaculately clean. Erika is the most thorough, kind-spirited, and pleasant person I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. Her attention to detail is exemplary, from the time and attention that she spends on my face to the atmosphere that she intentionally sets for to ensure that her clients have the most pleasurable and relaxing experience possible. The room smells nice, and the lighting is low; the entire atmosphere is warm and inviting. Erika is the definition of an esthetician. I am a “broke college student,” and I still find it within my budget to ensure that Erika sees my face at least once a month. It is truly worth every penny! On top of the service and experience being exceptional, this woman finishes your appointment by giving you a single chocolate candy. If I had to sum up the “Skindeep Skin Care & Waxing Lounge” in one word, I would say quality. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate! Your face will thank you 😊
