SIMPLY AMAZING! Best facial and pampering by Dolores, the owner, in Naples. We are SO grateful to have found her. Extremely clean and relaxing environment. Plenty of parking available. A must try if you're looking for an amazing facial treatment. Love that her daughter Grace and niece work with her.

Well over three years ago, I went to Skin Face Body Spa for the first time. I found it to be a perfect fit for me. Dolores is a sincere, talented, hardworking entrepreneur. The small personal spa is immaculate and soothing. She may need to call you back as she is multi-tasking and I believe has her priorities straight. I would think of going nowhere else.

SCAM! A friend bought a Groupon for me to get a facial here on June 14th. I tried twice in June to get an appointment and they never returned my call. On July 15th a woman FINALLY called me back from her cellphone and said she'd been in a minor car accident, but to text her and she'd get back to me later in that week. I sent that text. She never did return my call. I left more messages last week, we're in August now, and still never got a returned call. Groupon is now saying my friend has to work with them for a refund which makes the whole situation very awkward. The idea of selling gift certificates that cannot be used is despicable. Stay away!

SMAM!!!!!!! This is awful lady NEVER answers the phone. I had an appointment for a facial I bought from Groupon. Lady calls me told me she got into an accident and had to re schedule! She never answered me back after having to text her numerous times!

This place is dirty, they never answer the phone and the facial was very rough my skin was super red after. Will not be going back. Go yourself and see how dirty it is or better yet call because I guarantee they won’t answer.

The owner Dolores Jorge does a fantastic job of creating a serene and calming environment. She takes her time, is very skilled, and provides a relaxing experience. My wife and I had a facial and spent 1 1/2 to 2 hours being pampered. I was amazed at the difference before and after. Want to look younger? This is it. This is a great time of year to spoil yourself. I understand she’s very busy in season. They also do massage, permanent makeup, and Brazilian waxing. Her associate Alejandra Yanes is board certified and skilled as well.

Delores, is am absolute delight. What can I say but she is knowledgeable, caring, professional and GENTLE. She's the whole package. And her salon is clean, serene and she uses the finest in products: Pevonia. I had a facial the other day with her and she has really changed my skin. I have very, very, very dry skin and needed alot of extractions. She did wonders for both of those conditions. Her prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend her!

Had the most amazing experience at Skin Face Body! My mom and treated ourselves to massages. The spa from the entry does not look like much, but when enter you are transported into a beautiful, serene, calm spa. The owner, Diana is so lovely and sweet- and very professional- she sent text confirmations and directions for my appointment. The massages themselves were amazing! I had a deep tissue, and my therapist, Irena, paid special attention to an area we discussed beforehand. My mom had a Swedish, and she loved her therapist. We would both definately return here for a massage next trip- great hidden gem!

Came to Skin Face Body in order to treat my ever growing acne problem. I received a face cleaning and it felt great. My face felt refreshed and rejuvenated and after a couple of days my acne is less inflamed and my skin looks great. Will definitely go back in the future. I recommended it to my brother who also thinks it was great

I made an appointment at this spa because it carried the nail products I wanted to use. Diana did a meticulous job cleaning and preparing my nails and convinced me to choose a less expensive manicure for the health of my nails. I am very satisfied and have already scheduled a return appointment. I appreciated her thoughtful explanations and her obvious concern for my well being rather than trying to sell me a more expensive service.
