Jeannette is amazing! I was looking for a massage post shoulder surgery to loosen up all the muscles that were affected. When i first reached out, I was still in a sling and unable to lay down due to surgery. She was so nice and accommodating and worked with me to figure out a plan. I was able to get a 60 minute massage focusing on my upper back/neck/arms while in a seated position. it felt amazing and she really worked the muscles well. Since then i’ve been going back every few weeks to have her work on the muscles affected from surgery. She is a wonderful masseuse and I highly recommend her!

Oh my goodness, one of the best massages I ever had! The pressure was wonderful, the therapist was so sweet and thoughtful, the atmosphere was ridiculously relaxing. Plus, the price wasn't absurd! Well worth it; 10 out of 10! Will be going back as often as possible !!

I had my first massage here a couple days ago and it was awesome. I was sore at first, she really worked out all my knots and I feel such a difference in the tightness in my upper back. I told Jeanette I have carpal tunnel and she spent a lot of time working on my forearms- I’ve noticed a difference in my hands after just this session! I will be making my next appointment ASAP, thank you Jeanette!

She was AMAZING. Had the perfect touch, made sure I was conformable during the entire session and made sure that I was educated with this being my first pernatal massage. She had a variety of days and times including Sundays to book!!! The process of checking out was also easy. I will be going back!

Amazing! I've traveled all over the world and had massages at different spas. This was by far the best I've ever experienced! I was looking for a new place to go after Om Chakra closed down in Frederick. This is definitely the place. Cozy little studio and warm atmosphere. She really knows how to work your muscles in just the right places. The pressure was perfect. I couldn't believe how much better I felt walking out of there. Do yourself a favor a book a 90 minute massage at minimum. An hour is not enough time.

I sent my husband for a massage with Jeanette and he came home saying it was the best massage he's ever had! She did an excellent job job of targeting the knots with appropriate pressure. We are already planning the next visit!

Jeannette is the best! She is professional, cheerful and very focused on your individual therapy needs. From the moment I walked into her Spa, Jeannette was asking questions and adjusting the environment (music, table height/positioning, etc…) to make sure everything was comfortable. During the massage, Jeannette asks and listens -- then is careful to check in as she works on your specific stress points. I had gone far too long since my last massage and was carrying more stress in my muscles than usual. I could sense that Jeannette understood my current state and adjusted her routine to address my issues of the day and provide much needed relief. Her techniques are excellent, and I've had really good results. By far the best therapist I've had!

One of the best massages i’ve ever had. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect based on the location, but the space was very nice. I’m very picky and usually go to men feeling like women can’t get deep enough. Let me tell you… magical hands. she got all my spots and knots. Will be returning.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, talented and considerate massage therapist in Frederick, Jeannette is your girl!! I went in for my first prenatal massage not knowing what it would be like but needing relief and she carefully talked me through every step and was consistently checking to ensure my comfort one the massage started. I walked out of my appointment feeling so much better than when I walked in! She even reached out the following day to check in and make sure I was still feeling just as great. 10/10 worth every penny!!

After a foot injury and several days of limping about, using different muscles to walk, I desperately needed a massage. Scheduling with Jeanette was/is incredibly easy. She spent some time understanding my situation and then she spent extra time to focus on my legs to work out my pain and cramps (I had a 90 minute massage). I really can't express how much better, not just my legs felt, but how much better I felt in general. She is defiantly an excellent therapist. Jeanette also followed up with me several days after the massage and AGAIN after my orthopedic appointment - I honestly never expected the extra care. I will be seeing her again, and give her my best recommendation!

Jeannette is an incredible massage therapist. I have been looking for someone in Frederick who really understands how to combine multiple techniques in order to release the very bad muscle tension in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I finally found my person! She inquires about my needs each time and is mindful of pressure, checking in with me throughout the session. I tend to prefer more of a deep tissue level of pressure and she has no problem meeting that preference. I appreciate the way she works the knots out and focuses on my problem areas as needed.

Jeanette is awesome! I have tried deep tissue massage with multiple therapists and she is one of the best! I recommend 90 minute sessions so she can work on the areas that need more attention. 60 minutes goes by real quick imo

Jeannette is easily the best massage therapist I have ever had. Even after I moved, I was more than willing to travel over an hour each way to have a massage by Jeannette. She has years of experience in the massage industry and really gets to know her clients.
