I had my first experience at Skinfinity today. I cannot explain how amazing it was. The receptionist was so sweet and thorough and the vibe in there is so relaxing. Cheyenne did my Hydrofacial. The treatment was incredible and made my skin feel beautiful. I got to sit down with Shannon after my treatment and she went over my before and after results as well as what treatments and products she would recommend. Needless to say she went above and beyond what I would expect at this spa. Thank you ladies. You all get 5 stars! It was a pleasure and I will be back soon… I’ll drop lots of referrals to my friends and family!

Very pleased with my experience at Skinfinity spa. I got the hydrolift facial and could immediately see a difference after. The manager Shannon was a delight to talk too afterwards and helped direct me towards my skin goals.

Hopefully I can come back and leave a good review but Im contemplating just cancelling my first ever appointment. Just disappointed with wasting my time. I had an appointment and traffic delayed me 5mins. I had trouble locating the office, called twice with no answer. Already sad that I needed help and they cant answer the phone. Thankfully I was able to locate the office. I came in on the dot 15 mins late. The receptionist defaults to asking me to reschedule. Thats inconvenient after the drive I made to come over. She said they have a 15 policy, great I still fell within that acceptable range. She said she would try to get me in but couldn't garuntee. Someone walked in after me and was able to be seen even though it was close to closing. So much for my first experience. UPDATED: I'm glad I came back and gave Skinfinity another visit. Flawless experience and my service went very well. All the employees I interacted with today were kind and sweet. I hope to update this with results of my ongoing sessions in the future.

I love love this place! My lady was Erin, very nice and professional! Explained all products and treatment she used and recommended most likely for my rosacea, I saw improvement in the first treatment. I got to meet their manager, Shannon! She is the best, very sweet and so much knowledge about skin care. I recommend this Spa 100% 😍

This spa is really worth trying! The manager Shannon made me feel very comfortable. She is extremely personable. Sabrina the aesthetician who did my facial was gentle and efficient. This spa is one worth trying for sure!

Iv worked as a Hair Stylist for many years and with many wonderful estheticians and I have to say I love Chanel at the Skinfinity Spa in St Matthews! Chanel is an exceptional professional and very knowledgeable. The spa is very comfortable and make the treatments a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

I am so pleased with my experiences at Skinfinity Spa. Each time I go, I am greeted with a smile, offed water or coffee and made to feel welcome. The ladies are very knowledgeable and experienced. The rooms are clean and comfortable with soothing relaxing music. I highly recommend this business and encourage you to give it a try. You will be thrilled with the results.

I had a great experience at Skinfinity Spa today. The head and neck hydeo facial (done by Hannah) were amazing and results look wonderful. Anastasia was super helpful and helped me create a skincare package and treatment plan customized for me. Definitely recommend.
