Katie is the absolute GOAT of skincare. I’ve been to all the hotspots – New York, LA, New Orleans, Atlanta, Charlotte – you name it, but no one compares to her. Anytime I leave Columbia, my skin practically stages a rebellion, and I start counting down the days until Katie can work her magic again. Her extractions? Next-level. She somehow manages to make my skin as smooth as a baby’s butt – I’m talking texture you could only dream of. Seriously, it’s freaking amazing! If you’re sitting here, reading this, and wondering where to go, stop everything and book with Katie. What a great experience! Katie has appointments on Sunday which works wonders for my crappy work schedule. Katie was kind and funny. The esthetic of the business is something I just vibes with. I had a lash lift and Katie did amazing work. My lashes look great! She made the whole experience feel welcoming and warm. Definitely be going back.

Saturday was my first appt. with Katie. I was given an appt. as a gift, and honestly, I was apprehensive but I am so very glad that I went. The salon was very peaceful and it was pure Heaven on earth. After the recent death of my husband, it is an understatement to say that I had not taken care of myself. Katie is very knowledgeable and took her time explaining each step of the procedure. She has such a caring and kind spirit and made me feel so special. She does not push products or other services. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Katie is a sweetheart! I couldn't make my first appointment, but she did accommodate me for my second. I got the lash lift & I was so amazed at how beautiful my lashes were. Also, when I got the eyebrow shaping, I love that she eased the eyebrow shaping according to what I felt comfortable with! She really listens instead of diving right in.... So happy I found this place.

Beautiful decor and atmosphere, wonderful product selection, and Katie is amazing! She is EXTREMELY thorough. I've never had anyone take such time and care with extractions, and the way she did them was practically painless! Normally I end up in tears during extractions, but Katie is clearly into some form of sorcery because I barely felt a thing. This is one witch we must NEVER burn, as she is most certainly not responsible for turning anyone into a newt. One word of advice: Skinology is located on the 3rd floor. If you are even the slightest bit claustrophobic, TAKE THE STAIRS. That elevator is nightmare fuel.

I selected Skinology from numerous Groupon offers. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. My first appointment was today. I received an email reminder and a chance to confirm. I loved that attention to detail. I found and printed the information forms, but forgot them at home. I hated that, but Katie was okay with my mistake and had extra ready. We talked as I did so, and it was so refreshing and relaxing. She is a wonderful, caring, and funny woman. My procedure was excellent and totally amazing. She has a healer's touch. I already could see my face brighter and more rested when I looked in the mirror when she finished. She is very generous with her time and shares great insight on how to improve your skin. It's so easy to see her genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve a healthy, glowing skin. I am so happy that I chose Skinology, and I am really looking forward to my next sessions with her. I have no reservations in saying she is just outstanding, and one of the kindest people I have met in a great while. Katie has created a very relaxing, soothing environment for her clients, and I absolutely enjoyed every aspect of my visit. Thank you, Katie, for a truly satisfying visit.

I was interested in an appointment here as I have seen recent skin changes. I had a detailed conversation with the owner and she invited me in for an appointment the next day at 10am. I arrived and there was no one there. I called the business phone 3x and texted the emergency # left on the voicemail. After 30 min I left. Horrible service. I was looking forward to the appointment and cleared my schedule.
