I've received 2 facials from Kelly and both were phenomenal. The first I mainly wanted my skin to be less dull and wanted to go for the full spa experience so I did the deluxe, and she went with an oxygen treatment. I left feeling relaxed my skin looking vibrant. the second time i wanted to focus on my hyper pigmentation so she chose a vitamin c peel that was light, no irritation. each time i've left I can see a difference with the extractions and the use of the treatments. Kelly answers any questions I have, explains what she's using. I will definitely be booking again.

Ashley was so informative and helpful. She went through my skincare routine to help me figure out why my acne has been so bad. She was so friendly and the products she suggested have worked great! Not only did the acne facial help with my acne it was so soothing and relaxing. I will definitely come back for another facial in the future.

I got the acne facial from Ashley Jackson, and it was amazing! It was incredibly relaxing, and I've already noticed an improvement in my skin. She sent me home with some high quality products that are already working, and I can't wait to go back to her for another service. Highly recommend!

There’s no pressure to purchase products (and products are very high quality); 4. Ashley is professional and lovely and makes me laugh (and is an amazing asthetician); and lastly 5. My skin looks amazing!

I have been a long time client of Luvly, an esthetician at this location. She is truly such an amazing esthetician with one of a kind skill. She spoke so highly of SkinQ, so I was really eager to book a facial with her here. However, when I finally came to the decision to book my appointment for the holiday season, I noticed she was no longer on this location’s webpage. I contacted her to see if this was a glitch, but to my surprise she explained to me how she was terminated before the holidays. Along with that, she told me about her horrid experience with working at SkinQ. This was extremely disappointing to hear, especially being in this industry myself. After this I decided I would never book here, and honestly if you care about how staff are treated you shouldn’t either.

Booked last minute for a signature facial. I was traveling and the change in climate was causing me to breakout due to the dehydration. Kelly was wonderful, she and I discussed what I was concerned about and she also took time to evaluate my skin and suggest a treatment that would be the best for my situation. Super calming and relaxing and instantaneous difference making me look refreshed and the breakouts calmed down. She also helped me work through my current skin care regime and we found just one step missing that would help with the texture and breakouts. Honestly just 10/10. No pressure, calm, and I got some great insight that will help when I travel in the future. I’m not a stranger to Chicago so I’ll book with Kelly when I come in the future.

Thank you for the fabulous facial Ashley, i laughed the whole appointment grate conversation, she extracted every black head and white head and left my skin extremely glowing hydrated and plumped. Truly strives to build knowledge on how to treat your skin based off of your products your using at home .

Ashley Jackson was amazing and I could not recommend her more. She went above and beyond by going over my skin/hair products and letting me know which were clogging my pores. She also listened to all my concerns and made sure to address them. Very friendly, I enjoyed talking with her. Will be returning!!

I had a great facial with Ashley a few weeks ago. She didn't use any unnecessary products/treatment and the shoulder and face massages were amazing! I saw a visible difference after the facial and I received several compliments afterwards. Although the facial was great, what stood out the most was Ashley's approach to my skin care. It felt like a partnership to get the results I wanted. She took her time to research ingredients in my current products to make sure they were not working against my skin care goals and provided information that other estheticians never provided. I left with a plan in place that so far has been working well. I also appreciate her gradual approach to making changes. Lastly, she did not force any products on me. Thank you so much, Ashley, for taking such good care of my skin.

My wedding is in 2 weeks so it’s always nerve-wrecking getting any last minute skin treatments done so close to the big day! Ashley Jackson took care of me and made sure she addressed all of my skin concerns, worked with me to figure out the best treatments to use, checked in on me throughout, calmed my nerves, and helped explain things I could do to improve my skin care routine long term! She showed through her technical expertise and application of the services how highly knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful she is! If you are a nervous bride like me or someone who just wants to improve their skincare, I HIGHLY recommend booking with Ashley!!! You will be in the BEST hands and your skin will be absolutely radiant and glowing after just one signature facial. I had a signature facial with dermaplaning, eyebrow wax, and eyebrow tint. I left my appointment feeling so confident in my skin and knowing I would look radiant on my wedding day thanks to Ashley! Cannot say enough good things about SkinQ.
