I’ve gotten 2 diamondglow facials with Jayla & I’m in love with my skin everytime! Such a relaxing and calming experience. I had previously went to another medspa in the area for the same service and felt so uncomfortable & judged the entire time. Afterwards I was pressured to buy expensive products from the esthetician. Complete opposite here. After having Jayla do my facial I will never go anywhere else!!

I’ve seen Jayla multiple times. First for chemical peels then for facials. I’m from NYC and have never gotten more compliments on my skin in my life. When visiting NYC women stop me and ask what I’ve been doing with my skin. I’m lucky to have found a facialist who listens and understands what my skin needs.

May 8, had Jeuveau injections on forehead, around and under eyes. May 16, sent photo to show that the Jeuveau injections they used did not work to reduce any lines. 'Crickets.' Phoned office and it was suggested that a consultation appointment be made to view the outcome. I was also told that it takes some time to start working. Was told by a second employee via phone that I should not come to the consultation with expectations of the Dr or Esthetician at Skinsational Medspa doing anything about fixing the problem. Was told by this same employee that I was not telling the truth although I offered to send current photographs again at this time, three (3) weeks after the procedure. Also was told by this same employee that I received a discount (-$40) that I should not have received. I paid $1,000 for this one visit in total. It is currently five (5) weeks later and there is no improvement for a procedure that should have lasted 3-6 months.

I go to Ashley for lymphatic massages ever since I had a procedure done at the neighboring Almaty Surgery Center. I HIGHLY recommend anybody that has a procedure done to book several follow-up appointments at the Medspa with Ashley. She knows several techniques that are able to break up new and old scar tissue on the body. This not only helps with the healing process, but also ensures that you maintain the results you expect! Could not recommend any higher!!

Deep tissue massage was amazing and so was the facial. I highly recommend them for your spa needs. Also dont forget about the flotation tank it was very relaxing. I'll definitely be back.

Extremely professional staff, Dr Akkary is so kind and explains very clearly and gives best options. Beautiful MedSpa, I am beyond happy with my experience and am so glad I found them. The staff (Tasha) will make you feel welcome and makes the experience very enjoyable. So glad to have this so close to my home. Run to Skinsational MedSpa you will not want to go anywhere else.

I had the diamond glow facial with a chemical peel. My skin already looks and feels so much better! Tasha was amazing! I highly recommend her. She took great care of my skin and explained everything she was doing. Very clean, professional, and educated. Couldn’t be happier! I’ll definitely be back.

I was recommended by Kaela and Haley to come visit Skinsational Medspa. I ended up getting a jelly mask by the esthetician, Tasha. Everyone was very knowledgeable and gave me a tour of the entire spa which made me want to schedule more services. The prices are amazing and I’ll be back soon. Great place!

I went to Skinsational Medspa to try out flotation therapy. The staff was very sweet and the session was very relaxing. I would like to recommend that the staff make a point to point out the ear plugs for first time users. I fortunately found them part way through my session, but still have some water buildup that I will need to take care of. It would also be helpful to put a mirror in the flotation room as well so users can make sure they were able to rinse all the salt off of their skin. Overall, though it was a good experience and the staff was great. I will back to try other services!

Love love loveee everything about this place! My facial with Tasha was FANTASTIC, so relaxing and I saw a difference in my complexion immediately! The products they sell are amazing as well, I’ve noticed such an amazing difference in my skin. Everything is so clean and calm and peaceful. I can’t wait for my future services!

This was my first experience with any type of injectables/laser treatments. I felt at ease with the physican and staff. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The gave me a tour of their facility, which was very clean, modern. I am no longer a botox virgin! My frown line has diminished, little by little, each day! I also had laser treatments for my eyes and for a vericose vein on my thigh. You wouldn't believe the results after just one treatment! I wish I had the pictures to share with you. Anyway, I highly recommend this establishment...why wait...make an appointment now! I wish I would have made my sooner!

Beautiful spa. Great location with top of the line products and services. Great packages and specials are usually available. Very clean and quiet. I would recommend booking a facial, massage or float tank session.

I absolutely loved my experience and the staff at Skinsational MedSpa. Before my appointment I was directed to a peaceful relaxation lounge. During my appointment the staff and Dr were so wonderful and helpful. Helped me figure out what I wanted and what was best for me. I got a little lightheaded during, the dr made me feel completely at ease while his staff brought me a juice and waited for me recover. I have already recommended them and will be returning!!

I went for my very first facial and got the diamond glow and peel. Tasha was AMAZING! She explained so much to me and was super helpful in picking out products that were right for my skin afterwards. I seen immediate results and my skin was literally glowing! I cannot wait to go back for more!!

Reasonable time to get an appointment; upon arrival there is no wait, all staff are friendly and professional, you are asked if you have any questions and staff make sure that you get what you came for. I would highly recommend this business.
