In my opinion, Jessica Shdo is truly exceptional—she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well-informed from the moment you step in. She greeted me with genuine warmth and was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions in detail and offering helpful suggestions based on her expertise. The entire service felt personalized, and I believe Jessica’s friendly demeanor created a relaxing atmosphere. She not only explained every step of the process but also shared valuable tips to help me get the best results after my visit. It’s clear she cares about her clients’ well-being and aims to deliver top-notch service each time. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at SkinSpirit Totem Lake. Tina at SkinSpirit Totem Lake is incredible. I walked in without a clear idea of what I wanted—just that I wanted to look refreshed, not fake. I’m petite, I work in a high-profile, male-dominated industry, and the last thing I needed was to look overdone. Tina completely understood that and delivered exactly what worked for me. We focused on collagen-building treatments, and the results have been amazing. What truly sets Tina apart, though, is how thoughtful and compassionate she is. I went through a severe health situation that left me bald and dealing with rapid changes to my skin and appearance. During such an overwhelming time, Tina made my face feel like a part of me I could actually recognize. She tailored every treatment to what I needed, explained everything clearly, and never pushed me beyond what felt comfortable. The impact has been huge. Highly recommend! I am very new to Botox and have been nervous to try - Jess is an absolute expert at what she does and quickly made me feel at ease. My treatment results looked so natural! Jess is also very kind and warm, and takes her time explaining everything and doesn't make you feel rushed. I am so grateful to have found her!

Recently got a Diamond Glow facial from Taylor, she’s AMAZING! My skin looked and felt so good after my treatment. She does such a good job communicating the process and it was such a relaxing experience. Highly recommend seeing her for anything!

I have received the absolute best treatments from Aveed Dai. She is incredibly skilled, thorough, and recommended a truly perfect combination of personalized treatments for me based on my concerns. She clearly cares deeply about her clients’ needs and addressing their specific concerns, rather than pushing a certain product or look. I am so impressed with her knowledge and expertise, and how well she explained her recommendations to me. Aside from her knowledge and professionalism, she is also clearly a kind and caring person, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. I cannot recommend Aveed highly enough, and will be recommending her to all of my friends and family!!!

I had filler in my cheeks and it literally wore off in 4 weeks and to the tune of $1000+ wth I was given a 9-12 month window but my cheeks are hollow. I won’t return for this service I didn’t get any assistance from the staff.. just told it was “highly unusual” well it happened! No follow through and terrible customer service. No thanks

I went in for an express diamond glow facial with Katie and it was amazing! She made me feel som comfortable and helped me to hone in on my saily skincare routine. I will be going back to Katie for all my facials and skincare. I also met with Nicole for a Botox consultation and she is so sweet and down to earth and HONEST about what she believes your skin needs. I highly recommend her for all of your injectable needs. Both ladies are fantastic. All 3 ladies I’ve encountered at the front desk have been so sweet as well! I didn’t catch their names otherwise I’d list them here but I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the staff and the services at skinspirit!

Highly recommend seeing Jessica! I went in for my first time lip filler and showed her pictures from her instagram page on what look I wanted to achieve. We went over what shape works best for me. She walked me through the whole process and what to expect afterwards. She was very professional and attentive to my desired look. She has a gentle touch and good eye for what looks best without making me look too over done. 10/10 will definitely continue to see her for future visits!

I can't rave enough about my girl, Taylor! I've been seeing her for about 6 months for monthly facials and my skin has never looked or felt better! She recommends the best products that don't break the bank and gives really good advice. She really takes the time to focus on my concerns. I look forward to my once a month hour with her for not only my skin to look amazing but to gossip and girl talk with such a beautiful human!

I love SkinSpirit. Yes, the medspa itself is quite nice and they have amazing products to purchase, but it’s Jessica that keeps me coming back. In fact, over the past few years, I’ve followed her around to 3 different SkinSpirit locations, and regardless of spa proximity to my house, I will travel anywhere she is to see her! Jessica is so knowledgeable (her medical background is impressive!) and so friendly - I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her. Plus, she helps me look good, so boosts my overall confidence! If you’re curious if you should go to SkinSpirit, my answer is yes! If you’re wondering which injector to go to, my suggestion is to RUN (not walk) to Jessica 💉❤️

I see Nicole for lip injections and she is absolutely incredible. Her talent is truly unmatched. This was my first session but I have followed her work on social media for years. I knew that when the time came for injections, she would be my girl! She is very thorough with medical history which I really appreciate. It made me feel at ease and assured I was in good hands. She walked me through the entire process which calmed any nerves. The results of my lips are absolutely perfect. Size, shape, everything. They look beautiful and natural. She nailed it. They also healed beautifully, hardly any bruising what so ever. My confidence since seeing her is through the roof. My only regret is that I didn’t come sooner!

Nicole is a professional and extremely talented injector. This was not my first time experiencing filler and Botox, but it had been 10 years since my last. I’m an older female and wanted to be sure my results were natural and age appropriate. Nicole listened, made recommendations and outlined a plan that would gradually give me the results I was looking for. I felt valued and safe in Nicole’s hands. She took her time, explained things thoroughly and checked in on how I was feeling during treatment. She gave me the best care imaginable. I’m very happy with the results! Due to my TMJ and facial asymmetry, I had been considering masseter botox for quite a while. I was always nervous though since I had seen some examples of poor outcomes. Jessica came highly rated during my search for a provider, and I’m so happy I ended up scheduling with her for my first ever botox experience! She has been extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with. She took her time to understand all my concerns. In my follow up appointment, I greatly appreciated her generosity as well. The front desk staff made me feel welcomed from the first moment I stepped in, and I have always felt very taken cared of. I’ve loved the results so far and am extremely happy with my experiences!

I have been going to Nicole for about 3 years now. She just started at SkinSpirit and I am so happy for her! I book with Nicole because she makes me feel so comfortable! I cannot say enough about how amazing this Skin Spirit is!! Kaylee is amazing at helping you get the lips of your dreams! She is detail oriented, precise and a perfectionist- all about facial balance. Definitely recommend! Tina is also incredible at getting you snatched with perfect Botox and filler! She is experienced and gentle and will help you achieve and maintain your desired look! Update: Today I saw Katie for the first time for a Diamond Glow with Dermaplane facial. She is incredible! Love love LOVE it here! As a competing pageant queen, I truly want to present as my best on stage. The staff and management are so welcoming the moment you step foot into the salon. I am so new to the self-care/pampering life with facials and other services to help enhance and make me feel like my best and Kaylee has made my experience GREAT. She answered all my questions even if there were 163948 of them, is extremely knowledgeable and the most important thing was being honest about her recommendations. She truly cares about her work and making you feel comfortable and even have a fun time with our appointments. The best part is the way she would reach out to me after and before checkups to see how I was doing. What a pleasurable experience and highly recommend going there for a one stop shop for all your beauty needs!!
