The staff here is out of this world they are extremely professional and friendly. You feel very welcome every time you come here. I love how they pay attention and recommend products by what they analyze that is needed and not what they recommend to sell. That made me feel that they truly are paying attention. I spoken with the manager and did discuss areas of improvement but nothing major that time can't fix. Highly recommend them 👌

I love Skintech Spa! The ladies are always smiling, ready to serve, and make you feel the most beautiful you. Anita, the treatment manager, does everything possible to make sure you are getting what you want and makes rounds to follow up with all the clients. Her counterpart at the front desk is a scheduling guru :). They make an amazing team!!

This place is terrible. They Cancel your appointments a day before you’re supposed to be there. I can’t keep changing my schedule around because you guys don’t know what you’re doing. Will never ever call them again. Good luck if you do.

I do not recommend this spa. The staff are very kind, attentive, and polite, but I feel like their main focus is on selling products rather than actually helping with your skin or addressing the issues on your face. It feels like selling is their priority, which might be because they get bonuses or incentives. Unfortunately, this made the experience less helpful and not worth it for me.

Bought the offert online for 79, had to wait more than 30 mins because they were late and the girl told me that the promotional one is only 30 mins not full hour..I think was an excuse because they where late..they should have mention in the promotion..but I didn't want to discuss ..then they spend more time try to sell me the "membership"..and i almost accept..because the facial was good..but if I found an appointment immediately for the first one .scheduling something in 3 or 4 weeks the weekend was a struggle..so likely I pass...also the fact that you cannot think about and you have to decide after the facial..a "normal business" should not be like this. Not bad but....

Same as many others. I originally went for the special, esthetician was amazing BUT the manager came in, sits and energy changed. My esthetician starts selling me products, memberships, etc, and sold me a package $500.00 that first time. Next month another 250.00, different esthetician, same manager came in and sits there. This time, half way the process BOTH started trying to buy more expensive packages. It was the most uncomfortable time of my life. Even i repeatedly declined, they tried to find financing, etc. I left and I canceled my next appointment which they charged me. I requested to cancel that charge which I needed to schedule a meeting with the managers to cancel the membership. Then they created an account and a membership after I called to get my money back. Thankfully I got notification about that and I canceled it too. I disputed the charge thru my bank because the manager refused to cancel/ refund me. They had the audacity to dispute my claim because they believe I fully authorized the transaction for a treatment that I canceled and never received, and I am falsely disputing the transaction. By the way, there’s no refund/ cancellation policy in their website. My dispute still active.

They keep reschedules my appointment like 3 times, act like people has no live other than answering their call or text. All they concern its they get their money , they keep chasing by call like crazy and texting till you put your $20 deposit down and then they changed your appointment time to what ever they say by saying it was an error appointment .Well this place has no good management, Im so disappointed. Just remember, every aesthetic clinic that requires deposits its always harassing or a forcing you to buy a product or membership or deposit and its normally hard to stop them to collect the membership if you end up quitting, if you are love aesthetic work done on you, find the one that not required any deposit! It’s always satisfying on every aspect. its very common the clinic that requests the deposit always end up causing problems or giving hard time to the customers. The good clinic office never required for deposit, because they aren’t desperate of customers, nor ask you to buy their products either, its base on my experience.
