I use to have really bad breakouts. The only facial products that have ever kept my face looking clear is Biologique Recherche. I was using it before I went to Skin and Tonic but I had no idea the range of products they had or how to properly use them. I've had two appointments with Amal Ladly and she is amazing. She doesn't push anything on you, which I like, and she is very good at educating. I've learned a lot about the products that work best for me and how to properly take care of my skin. My skin has never looked better!

I would give Amal 10 stars if I could! From the moment I had my consultation, she has been a true partner in my skin healing journey. After battling rosacea and trying countless products, I wish I had known about Amal sooner. She took the time to understand my concerns and provided tailored recommendations on what steps to take before my facial. I started seeing results in just two weeks! The facial itself was phenomenal. Amal's expertise and soothing touch left my face looking calmer and my skin glowing. I could immediately see a significant difference, and I'm starting to feel much better about my skin. She’s also great if you just want to get a facial wax—my eyebrows look fantastic, and the wax did not irritate my skin at all. I've already booked my second appointment for another wax and facial and I highly recommend Amal for anyone looking to improve their skin!

Amal has changed my life!!!! I always thought I had dry skin but after her analysis at my 1st appointment, she told me I actually have dehydrated but oily skin. I bought the products she recommended for me and my skin had never ever looked better. She is the best!!

I had my first facial at skin&tonic and Friday and it was hands down the best I ever had. Not only was it super relaxing and I literally came out looking a little younger, Amal gave me some great tips and education on how to take care of my skin moving forward so it could stay looking more youthful. The Esthetician’s Choice facial isn’t cheap, but it’s WORTH it.

I have been seeing Amal for a few months and I can already see an improvement in my skin. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I have hormonal acne that has made me very self conscious and Amal has made me feel comfortable from day one. She came up with a realistic treatment plan that, as stated previously, is already working. I look forward to every appointment knowing I’m in great hands and benefiting from the best products. I’ve been coming here for a good part of this year for monthly facials with Amal after trying many different places in Raleigh. She is the best! I leave feeling relaxed and looking several years younger. I’ve also switched my eyebrow waxing from another place because Amal really takes a natural approach instead of over waxing or plucking. The vibe here is sophisticated but laid back. Highly recommend.

Just had my first facial with Skin & Tonic and it was amazing. As soon as I walked into their beautiful welcome area, I felt at ease. My esthetician was Amal and she was outstanding! She taught me SO much about my skin, skincare myths, and how to take care of my skin the right way. Amal and the staff are very kind and not pushy at all about purchasing recommended products or even booking another appointment. I felt brand new and will be back soon!

Skin & Tonic delivers an amazing spa-like experience. I have other aestheticians closer to home, but found their services to be very “clinical.” At Skin & Tonic, they go above and beyond to make it a relaxing, pampering visit. There’s soft music, heated booties, and massage worked into the facial experience to allow me to relax while the products are being applied. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!
