I have been to SKN Spa a bunch of times and it is always good service and worth the money. Today was above what I expected. I got Sylvia for a facial and eye treatment. She was kind, soft spoken, professional, and knew all about the treatments. The facial and eye treatment were as relaxing as a massage. Also, I got so lucky with Lenin. I expected a basic spa massage… relaxing and nice. I feel like I wind the lottery. Lenin is truly trained and knows techniques of Thai massage and stretching, knows about actual physical therapy and was mind-blowingly intuitive. The combo of muscle tension release and relaxation was incredible. I believe he is really a healer. Respectful, soothing, therapeutic. Exceeded expectations and I cannot recommend him enough

The people here are very nice and kind. The place itself is beautifully decorated and clean. The service is 10/10. Highly recommended to anyone. I was offered free water and snacks after my appointment. Definitely coming back!

I am completely torn about how many stars to leave in this review because my aesthetician Jessie was absolutely amazing but the customer service situation with the front desk and in particular with a woman named Julia was horrendous. I had purchased a Groupon for this service in advance and spoke with the Spa multiple times confirming that I had a Groupon, that there was nowhere to include the Groupon in the booking page, and that I wanted to make sure that I have booked the right thing according to my Groupon. I then received a lovely service from Jessie, which I cannot rave enough about! Then when I went to check out, julia said that I had completed a different service and that I owed another hundred dollars. When I refuse to pay the additional amount because it was not my fault that a different service was given, julia said she would be taking the money out of the aestheticians pocket. I left Jessie a generous tip, but was shocked at the way that the front desk handled the situation and tried to make me feel bad or say that they were gonna take money out of their employees pockets. I really hope that Jessie was paid accordingly in addition to the generous tip that I left her. In conclusion., Jessie was great, but Julia ruined the entire experience.

Jenny is amazing! She’s so kind and really listens to what your skin needs. She’s gentle during treatments, and her facials always leave my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Since I started seeing her, the texture of my skin has improved so much—it’s smoother and more even than it’s ever been. Thank you Jenny!

Lenin is a magician and the best massage I’ve ever had. So caring, firm and you walk out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go any where else. 10 stars

The first time I went to SKNSpa was during Covid and it was nothing short of amazing! I went for my eyebrows and I met Cindy! She’s the best brow technician ever! I absolutely loved the way she did my eyebrows! She listened to my concerns and helped me find the best shape. I went back July 2024 for her to redo them again and she just gets better and better! I highly recommend her! She’s amazing and her care and attention to detail is so valued for a customer!

SKN Spa is amazing! Yo-Yo is my go to for my facials. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I get the treatments I need for my skin. I have had massages done as well & other skin care treatments. All the staff are so kind. I have purchased many packages & have been 100% Satisfied! aka LULU

I’ve been going to SKN Spa for at least 9 years. Tina is exceptional. I get such care and attention. I always leave feeling relaxed and younger! It’s a beautiful space and everyone there is knowledgeable and professional. Use the products, too!

Cindy is wonderful, and has really helped my skin improve greatly! I have been going to SKN for a year, and I get the customized facials. My skin has cleared up so much. I have really sensitive skin, and had a lot of acne before coming to SKN Spa. The products Cindy uses are organic and are wonderful for sensitive skin. She is very knowledgeable, and has given me a lot of great advice for keeping up my facial routines at home. I highly recommend Cindy and coming to SKN Spa!

Have been going to SKN for 1+ years. I saw Tina for a customized facial. She is awesome and she makes the plan after checking my face and asking for the recent facial discomforting issues, then selects the appropriate resolution and suitable masks to ameliorate redness. She is really considerate and takes care of every detail during the facial. The SPA environment is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I come here for Cindy and Cindy only. I have followed her from previous spa to SKN spa because she's the best and I trust her with my skin. She has been doing my facials now for about 8 years and I am extremely particular with who does my facials so I cannot recommend her enough. SKN Spa is my new favorite place! From an array of services to the cleanliness and peaceful environment….The whole staff went above and beyond! The esthetician Cindy had great energy and gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had!! I started with the VIP and will definitely return for the Platinum! They also offer great deals on packages.
