I went for a pedicure. Nothing is sterilized ( nail chipper etc..) all instruments are on the cart exposed, nail tech cut my nails unevenly, didn't remover any calluses. I'm not going back there ever again.

Terrible service, terrible management, and don’t even do the services that you properly ask for and will try to plant more expensive ones on you.

Do not go here!! The salon is DIRTY and gross. They overcharged me for a weird style I NEVER asked for - I literally showed him a photo of what I wanted and he ignored it. He didn't work on my cuticles or provide standard service I'm accustomed to. Don't trust these people with your nails!!!

I will not return. Too expensive. They did my eyebrows and made them too dark! Then when she wiped it off it looked even worse! Got a full set of nails and the guy that started out on my nails must have been new and they look very fat and no shape. Then Tai came over and started trying to train him and still didn’t do a good job. The only service that was good was my pedicure! I ended up paying $125 and I gave them a tip! I want return only because they didn’t give a good service for what I paid!

OMG! Seriously I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years and I’ve never had them done this good or with this much attention to detail, LOUIS is absolutely the best these nails are stunning! He’s so courteous and polite and has such a cheerful disposition it was really a pleasure!

Sloppy and overcharged for a gel mani and pedi combo. Received service on July 4th and is now chipping on July 11th (seen in red circle). Nail tech will quote a lower price during service but when it was time to pay, was given a larger total. This simple service is not worth $ 120.

DON’T GET LASH EXTENSIONS HERE! Too much glue and too far down on the lid. VERY painful and had to remove them the next morning as I couldn’t even blink without them pulling. I now have even THINNER lashes than when I went in as removing them also removed my natural lashes. The manicure from the same woman was very good. I’ve been there several times and would recommend their manicures and pedicures. But not the lash extensions. Owwie!

Good service, I asked for basic pedicure for 28.00. They charged me to take off the old gel polish and to add gel to new polish ended up being 43.00 + tip dollars. I can't do that all the time but they are good at what they do.

I have been here a couple times now and have always been happy with the experience, the techs aren’t super talkative but they are very friendly! Henry gave me a pedicure that was very relaxing 😌 and worked on my cuticles and cut a problem nail that was starting to be painful! I get ingrowns sometimes and they help me with them! Gave me a manicure as well, I love the color! And did exactly what I wanted! Thank you for anther good experience! The soothing music and atmosphere will make you so relaxed 😌 😴

I see all of these negative reviews. However, I was there yesterday. It's under new owners. I don't know for how long it's been. I got a fantastic pedicure from Michelle. She took her time and helped me with a problem nail even though she had another customer waiting. I got a fantastic set of nails from Krystina. She gave me great advice. I haven't had my eyebrows done in over a year because everyone rips the skin off. She convinced me to give her a try. I couldn't be happier. They are absolutely perfect 🥰 I highly recommend.

I was a walk in. New owner is beautiful inside and out. Made me feel completely welcomed and watched her jump in and take care of the lady who was on a short schedule. I've found a new place.

I came in on Sat with a simple picture of my nails. I wanted square and she said the design would look better coffin. I took her suggestion and then asked if I wanted pink powder I said the regular acrylic is better since I love to change my color and designs often. She finished and they looked ok and because I was pressed for time. I paid $75 for my nails. I got home and seen how crooked one was and how they weren't coffin 1 or 2 were but the others were more squarish. So I called and spoke to someone about getting them fixed. I expressed all that was wrong and they said come in and we'll fix it. Awesome I felt relieved. I came in this evening and someone re-shaped them and I was told someone would repaint since the reshaping took off some of the gel polish and design. I spoke to a girl and when I told her my issue she said I'll have to take all of it off and pay for a repaint. That's ridiculous. I was told twice they would fix and then she tells me I have to pay more for their mishap. Then after she walked away I was moved from one seat to another and have been waiting not 30 minutes to get the polish fixed. Then she finally gets to me and I told her 2 ppl told me they would fix what was wrong. And I thought she said they usually charge 20 for a polish change and since 2 ppl said they would fix it I thought it was on the house. OH NO THEY STILL CHARGED ME. What the hell. I paid way too much for messed up nails. I will not return. I've been coming to this salon for a year and a half. Now I have to search for another salon. Do better. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Don't say you will fix and don't

I don’t think I’m picky I just want a great polish that’s all. I went here just wanting a gel polish the gel was spotty, dull and wouldn’t not dry. I’m sure the lamp was on its last leg. A basic polish test should be required before hired.

I’ve been using this salon for about 3 months!! Today I requested a powder dip nails and a 35 dollar pedi…mind you they have different prices as to what type of pedicure you want!! I paid 90.00 dollars for my visit today!! From what I’ve observed..if business is slow…they make up the difference in charge higher prices!!! I will never use them again!!! Every time I’ve used them…I’m charged a different price!!

Really nice nail salon with great service. I literally have not found a good nail salon in the oceanway area that does maní and pedí services good. Until now! I was given amazing service by cindy as well as the store owner. I was able to have my nails and toes done at the same time and didn't have to ask for that. First time I ever had that happen and it was really great!

They do NOT do as asked. Wanted double thickness, claimed she did it, I knew when completed she had not. Never ever had one break the first day and others soon after. No, I am not happy, 90.00 later.
