Had a horrible experience with this place and unfortunately they do not want to take responsibility for what they have done to my nails. My nails are ruined. I got nail fungus and ingrown nails after their technician Trish improperly cut them. I had surgically removed my nail on big toe and still trying to get rid of this nasty fungus they gave me. I asked for their insurance company to submit a claim but they refuse to provide it. I am planning to take them to court.

I’ve had a few appointments at this salon working exclusively with carol & her work has always been top tier! Carol takes her time and executes every service with pride. She knows her do’s and dont’s and will only do her best work. She communicates well and is always friendly. So far I’m enjoying my experience.

Very expensive. I got a full acrylic set from another salon and ended up not liking it. I came here to get a polish change and they charged me $50 for the polish change. I was still not satisfied with the results, my French tips are not all the same (shaky lines) and it overall took a very long time. Don’t go here.

After a year of having OK service and good nail techs, I have to say goodbye. Last week I had an appointment and 20 minutes after my appt time no one was helping me. Reception girl said oh sorry it’ll be a minute, and then when I decided to leave someone showed up. Today I had an appointment and after 10 minutes over my appointment time no one was around to tell me what was going on or when they would get started. I shouldn’t have to wait again that’s not the way to conduct business. I show up on time and they should too. And don’t get me started in hidden charges, like my last appt. Never again!

I had a schedule for 3pm. Called me at 2:58pm if it's okay to move it at 4pm. I said okay what's another 30 min even though I'm already at the parking lot. Went it at 3:58 and told me to pick a color. 10 min went by receptionest told me that it will be another 20 more min. You got my point. Never coming back. Been there 6 times. I was never empressed to begin with anyway. It was just convenience but now I, my sister and daughter we go farther where we are happy.

I just got home from my 11:15am appointment and it’s 4:25pm. I will NEVER go to this establishment again. It was a great spot and has gone down hill. I used to be a regular. I went in for a pedicure and hard gel manicure. The pedicure was fine. I noticed at the end though there was brush strokes on my big toe which made it look lumpy. That was fixed. Nails are another story. The gentleman that worked on my nails wasn’t listening to me when I said I wanted them short. I also asked for a round almond shape, not pointy. I noticed they were extremely pointy and long and reminded him this isn’t what I wanted. He began filing them angrily and product started falling off the base of my nail. He then said it’s my fault because the shape changed causing it to pop off. At that point I was done. I wanted to leave. The person in charge asked that I let her do my nails. My nails look wonderful but took another 3 hours!!!! She was having wrist issues causing her to work slowly. I felt bad for her but I felt increasingly bad for myself as I had now been at the salon ALL DAY!!!! I didn’t ask but was expecting some sort of discount for my Sunday being ruined. I planned on 2-2 1/2 hours there tops. NOT 5 1/2 hours. I was charged $127 5 1/2 hours later. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I still tipped the tech generously but honestly shouldn’t have being that there was no compensation for the entire shift I spent there. Even correcting the nails shouldn’t have taken that long. NEVER AGAIN, chose somewhere else. I’ll never get that time back and it was so upsetting to have that experience for something that should’ve been a treat.

I was looking for new nail salon and tried Sky nail out. When I went in I got Mimi she did a great job on my nails so I recommend the place to my daughter's. Unfortunately Mimi was not available the day my girls went so they got someone else. The appointment was at 6 the nail tech keep telling my daughter ( the client ) to hurry up and pick her thumb design because she had to go feed her kids or they were going to starve because of her. WTH! Who says that?! Why do you book appointments so late if your techs are going to complain and blame the client it's not their fault! Then she kept asking my daughter who is going to pay even though my daughter told her I was. As if she was going to run out of the door when she didn't even quote her a price for the job yet. Very unprofessional. Not only was my daughter uncomfortable but she did not get what she wanted because the tech told her she was not going to do her thumb design because she had to go. Unfortunately I don't know this ladies name but that's not okay! I can not speak for all the other techs unfortunately 1 bad apple ruins it for everyone sometimes.

I've been to many nail Spas in Las Vegas and this is by far the cleanest, most organized Spa. Beautiful and relaxing shop. They only let the Best of the Best work here. I've had Manicures and Pedicures done by Mimi #1 and Tina and they last for a month+

Mimi did a fantastic job on my pedicure, she was able to take care of my ingrown nail. My pedi still looks good after 2 and a half weeks! She also did a great job on my 2nd appt for a gel mani, I asked for an ombre glitter with clear ✨️ and it turned out very pretty.

My girls Anna is the best! She makes me feel special and gives the best leg/feet massage for pedi and she is hilarious. We laugh a lot when I'm there and i love that. Also my nails lasts for about 4 weeks. I love the staff there too - all are very friendly. Go see Anna if you want best quality nails. PERDIOD.

Not that great, messed up my daughter’s nails. She got a full set acrylic gel, and they have bumps over every single nail and the acrylic over laps to the sides of her finger. Also, they didn’t even do a manicure to push the cuticles down, no oils for the cuticles too. Horrible nail tech has no business working in a nail shop. It was so expensive as well! I will be getting her fill at Wonder Nails!

They charged me 5$ over what they told me for a basic short set, because I asked her to make the lines on my French tip longer on the sides. I called and was told if they had time for a pedicure I could get one so I asked her if she had time she said yes as she was setting up the front desk lady told her she can’t do my toes cause she booked. Other ppl. Why would you book other ppl after I told you guys I want a pedi ? Then they got an attitude with me for being upset that I did not get a service I was happy with. My nails are way shorter than I asked for and Way bulkier than I asked for. I even came in with a photograph, so there would be no misunderstanding. But my biggest issue was I was upset with my service, but still was not rude to anybody. I literally said it’s OK. I can just go to another shop for my pedicure. It’s not a big deal. And asked why I was charged five dollars extra for French. They told me French cost 10 not 15 so why was I charged an extra 5$. She explained why and I said so you charged me five dollars to draw a line. And that was the end of the conversation and then they caught an attitude with me when checking me out and when she handed me my change back, I said thank you and not one of the 3 ppl up front acknowledged me and said thank you or have a good day. This salon is completely unprofessional and this is not the first time I have gone there and had a bad experience with the customer service, the only reason I have decided to go back after too bad experience is because the last time I went, my pedicure came out great. But honestly, I will never return to this They are completely over priced and rude and most of the people there act like they don’t want to work. I honestly wish I would have not paid because I am completely disappointed and not only my faucet but there customer service and my experience.

This is a great nail salon! I got a mani pedi and they were incredible from the first scheduling phone call. Very professional and my nails and toes look perfect.
