Roni is such an amazing hairstylists! They cut both of my kids hair and my hair, and did such a super duper good job. Both my kids keep raving about how much they love their haircuts and how good they look. For me, I’ve been growing my hair out the last couple months because I had a completely different hair style a few months ago and wanted to change it. They did such a great job of blending all the uneven lines and edges and adding some great texture. My hair is amazing!

The stylist did not listen to what I wanted my grandson’s haircut and color to be. She did what she wanted to do. My grandson, who will soon be 17, was only supposed to get highlights and a cut to have his hair out of his eyes. Well, she colored it all over a neon yellow and the hair was very much in his eyes.I had told her several times during the process that this is not what I wanted her to do. She refused to listen and did what she wanted, disregarding that I was his grandmother and was paying over $225 for a nice hairstyle. When I tried to voice my concern, they refused to listen. Totally unprofessional! To rebuke the lies of the response of the owner: You have it all wrong!! First off the adult was my youngest daughter. She knew that I was paying and what I had agreed to have done. I tried my best to talk to the stylist and she continued to talk over me. The client was my grandson and under the age of 18 so therefore I had to do what his dad had agreed to do. The issue began when your stylist would not listen to the senior adult who was paying for the services. I tried several times. My biggest mistake was to believe that my daughter would make the right decisions when it was concerning her nephew. She knew that I had to answer to his dad, what we both agreed on. At the beginning I did tell the stylist what I wanted. After seeing his hair all covered in white product I became concerned, and went over and told them how I was disappointed. I probably did “point”my finger at my grandson as I was taking with him; not anyone else. I am for CERTAIN about that issue in that you said I did. During his visit my daughter told me that he could get his hair anyway he wanted. NO! That was not up to her to make that comment. After the end result I only wanted to voice my dissatisfaction that she completely changed his hair color and his hair was still in his eyes. I only agree to SUBTLE highlights. That’s when my daughter came behind me and pushed me all the way out of the salon. I had taught her better than that! I can be responsible for my own behavior. She must gotten embarrassed and loss her reality of who she was attacking. If she wasn’t my daughter I would press charges for sure. I was NOT screaming and NEVER did I threaten anyone. I dropped my purse on the floor as my daughter pushed me out. I had to go get it. I want to explain why I had become so disappointed with his hairstyle; though I soon realized that there was no point because the man at the register begin to threaten me by calling the police. So I left and I waited over an hour and a half for my daughter and grandson to come down.Neither one of them answered the phone. So I called her sister another daughter of mine. Her sister and husband came and drove me home. For I am a disable senior with Cerebral Palsy. I do not drive in that area by myself. My “adult daughter”drove my grandson and I there in my car. My adult daughter decided to call her husband and they both took it upon themselves to leave me in the parking lot still waiting for them to come. A unwise decision since I was responsible for my grandson’s whereabouts. Shame on you and your staff that you find my youngest daughter’s behavior acceptable to treat her mother in that way. That you find that it is okay for the stylist to do what a teenager wants over a senior adult. How sad that someone that I was trying to do “good” for my grandson turn into something like this. For I express to all three of them what I wanted his hair to be style like. I didn’t pay for the service because I was pushed out of the building. I had intended to pay for it. My daughter had to pay for it because she pushed me out of the salon. Both my daughter and grandson deceive me and manipulated the situation to make me look like the bad guy. I do not want to continue this conversation. People will have to believe what they want. I stand by my truth!!!! The people who know me; knows that the way you characterize me is UNTRUE. You nor your staff will not have to worry about my grandson or me EVER coming back to your salon.

Every time book an appointment with Skyline I am so excited for it. They don’t disappoint and are always more than happy to make me feel comfortable. The hair stylists are extremely knowledgeable and very approachable. I always have a good time and leave feeling highly confident. Taylor and Katie have both done my hair before and I am always extremely satisfied with the cut/color as well as the conversation! Everyone in the salon is a great stylist and very versed to be able to make sure their client has a great time and their hair vision met. With the right preparation as a client to prepare what I want and to have a conversation with my stylist to create the vision, they always have the best intent at heart and make my hair it’s prime. 10/10!

Katie always does an amazing job! She keeps my hair looking fresh and healthy! She gives the best advice on products I need for my curly hair or tips on how to keep it maintained. I recommend her to everyone I know!

I will only let Ashley Young touch my hair! No matter what color/vibe I am wanting, she kills it every single time. The atmosphere is great and you can tell these employees take their jobs very seriously and are passionate about their work. Cannot say enough good things about Ashley and this salon! I’ve also recommended Ashley and Skyline Salon to many friends and they have all left happier than they were when they came in.

Terrible, honestly. I've gone there twice and the stylists do not know what they are doing. The first time I left with welts and oozing sores on my scalp (from a blonde highlight on light hair ... ), and today the stylist put dark toner around my face when I said "just brighten up the blonde around my face" ... she did the exact opposite. They are junior stylists in training at best. Don't waste your time.

I tried to make an appointment yesterday over the phone. I was told I was gonna be put on hold, because they were with the client which was fine, but as soon as I was put on hold, they hung up on me. I’m not gonna lie that really upset me because it’s been a whole week that I’ve been trying to find a place to get my hair done and it’s been really frustrating and to get hung up like that was just very upsetting

Desiree was great. I was confident going in, having checked out her Instagram. She listened to what I wanted and used to her expertise to give me a version that was best for my face and hair type. I am quiet/introverted but she was easy to talk to. The hair products smell delicious and left my hair feeling soft and smooth for days. The salon has a lot of natural light and is well spaced, so it didn't feel loud or crowded. Highly recommend.
