I took my daughter here for her 1st full set and a pedicure for my son and I. When my daughter sat in the chair she showed the nail technician a photo of the nails she wanted. After the nail tech started her nails my son and I was called for our pedi. During the pedicure the technician asked "if I wanted a mani?" I replied "no."The technician then proceeded to ask "If I was on a budget?" I was suprised by the question and responded my nails are not strong enough for a gel mani because they are weak and brittle due to the last gel mani. Also, while I was getting the pedi the technician complained about the another co-worker not being there. Once the pedi was done I paid for services for the three of us and set next to my daughter to catch a sneak peep at her nails. At which time I realized other than the color they are not like the picture. I asked her why she didn't get the design nail (clear with butterflies). She told me the technician said he cannot do it. I spoke with the technician and he lied and said my daughter never asked for butterflies. I followed up by advising she showed him a picture of the nails she wanted and he lied again stating she never showed him a picture. I was there when she showed him the picture and asked that he do the design. The technician then stated he would take longer and I advised we have time. Needless to say the design was not what we asked for and we left very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Usually this is my go to place. The service is usually good. It is a very busy atmosphere as they have a lot of pedicure and manicure chairs. Sometimes people do get skipped over but not on purpose. Lack of communication in busy atmosphere. The last time I went service was awful. After arguing with the other workers on who would get me out of my friends the man who got me was unhappy. He did my manicure and pedicure unhappily the whole time. It took the breath out his body to serve me. He half effort the whole process. When it came time to massage my legs he looked like he wanted to flip his chair over lmao. I'm a tall girl 5"8 size 10 feet, he was upset he did not get my friend 5"3 child sized feet lmao. Only lady who was nice did my eyebrows. The others will be the reason I find a new salon.

Even if you call for an appointment, you will still have to wait for a tech to do your nails. This nail salon overbooks and this is why there’s a long wait time. Edit: I’m changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because my nail tech was very nice and did an awesome job on my nails. However, the management should still not overbook their appointments to avoid long wait time.

I came in as a walk in and I was attended right away. Everyone was so nice. I am a very picky person and Amber was not only professional and sweet but she is very talented. Amber gave me exactly what I wanted and more! I highly recommend this place ! Very well priced, lovely environment and great work!

I found Ken to be phenomenal with my pedicure and foot massage. I highly recommend his service. Two weeks prior I have my gel nails done by one of the other ladies who did a phenomenal job as well. I wish I could remember her name. I rarely give reviews but when I do, it is because the service went beyond the ordinary call of duty. Hope this helps!

I went in there and they told me it would be $30 for my eyelash extensions, but after they where done and I had to pay. IT WAS $70! But I was nice and left a $5 tip. But still $40 more than what I was told. This was after waiting an hour past my appointment 😒😒😒

The only thing that was right was my length that’s it. My polish looks horrible and I’m tired of having to paint my own nails over because a NAIL SALON doesn’t know how to. And messed up the skin when filing my nails down with the automatic thing they use. 3 out of 5 of my skin below my nails on each hand burned when I used fingernail polish remover. And my pinky and ring find burned whenever they were touch halfway through.

I loved Mr. Han! He was gentle with my nails and explained many things about my nails. He's funny and insightful. After almost 2 weeks of him doing my nails, the nails are intact and you can barely see any growth. I would come here again and again and have him do them.

I was pleased with my visit. The nail technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. I didn't have to wait long to get service. I would suggest that they are a little more conversational and friendlier with the clients.

I will never go back. They did a shity job. And if they sit there and talk bad about the customers they should make sure that their customers don't know what they're saying. Awful experience wouldn't recommend this place to no one. My nails look better before I went in if they haven't been done for 3 weeks

My gel nails chipped within 1 day, I just had them remove them completely cause I knew they would keep chipping. While I was getting them removed one of the other workers sat at the table next to me and put her bare feet within a foot of where I was getting my nails done. She never wiped it off. The entire salon seems unclean to the point I didn't even want them to redo my nails. The manicure instruments that were used on me were taken out if a little plastic box not at all sterile and put back with skin still on them. It was uncomfortable as none of the techs engage in any conversation. I can not stress how dirty this place seems which for me is a deal breaker.

This places continues to go down hill I no long have hope. Been coming here for about two years, the owners changed so that come with a price change cool. Today I came in as usually they sat me and then I waited almost 20 minutes still nothing. Its Saturday why is nobody working? If they were busy and waiting that's different dont sit me with my feet in water for no darn 20 minutes or so without even acknowledging me. In addition to that they guy had they nerve to get a attitude when I asked for a towel. Man give me a towel or I track water on the floor your choice cause I'm leaving

Worst experience ever! I paid for the deluxe pedicure, I chose my color and number from the gel color wheel and told her what I wanted she brought me 3 different colors that looked nothing like what I chose, finally I settled for the last color she brought that was bubble gum pink when I chose a fushcia color. My feet needed to be grated with the cheese grater, ALL the lady did was wash my feet, use the pumice, clip my toe nails, sugar scrub, and hot towels. Then I was told how dry my feet were and needed to be scrubbed I told her I thought they would use the grater and I know they're dry that's why I get them done regularly. She painted my nails and said I was done. No nail shaping, no cuticle cutting, no grating, and she cut my toes up. Then had the audacity to say hope everything was good for you... I will NEVER go back!!

I went to the nail salon on a Sunday and the very next Sunday I only have 3 nails left. They make their acrylics very thin and so they break off easily. For example, I was just scratching my skin for an itch and 1 nail just snapped off. It’s not even the fact that I’m careless, because when it comes to my nails I am very careful. Wouldn’t really recommend, unless it’s like a two day thing.

The only thing I will get done here is my eyebrows waxed. This lady "nancy" painted my nails one by one GEL nails and all I wanted was a color change. It took her an entire hour and 15 mins to that and they look AWFUL. I can't wait to take this polish off. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because my eyebrows look nice. Ugh I'm upset about my nails.
