DELUTED BOTCHED BOTOX! I was put on antibiotics. Bad deluted botox WAS GIVEN TO ME CAUSING a fever WITHIN HOURS AFTERWARDS., I couldn't talk ( sounded awful/ horse!! I can barely open my red puffy eyes, flu like systems YUCK from deluted nasty botox. I now have a asymmetrical face, my neck hurts. I'M FATIGUED with puffyness and WRINKLES! I look WORSE!!! MY FACE looks sad and frowns down! I've got noticeable bunny wrinkles, asymmetrical frown, yikes! Deluted botox?? I look worse!!! Plus, I was quoted $484. I ended up paying $520 in cash!! The receptionist COULD NOT make change from $500 and I tipped the girl a $20 who gave me deluted bad botox. Gezzzz! Had I known, I would have never done this in the first place. I just wanted to look rested and happy for the holidays. Instead, I look miserable, frowns, sad. Also, the receptionist was busy talking about her bruised lips for 20 minutes instead of making change on $500 cash - $16. Change back, which i never got. I just want a refund for all the NUMEROUS HASSLES & FOR BOTCHED DELUTED BOTOX JOB! Today is Dec 4th, I got this awful deluted Botox botch job on Nov 8th at 1:45 pm. MY RESULTS ARE HARSH AWFUL, UGLY! I LOOK MISERABLE and FEEL WORSE, my voice and the redness & swollen FACE ARE STILL ALIVE AFTER OVER A MONTH 😢 😫no thank you!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO TO THIS PLACE I WOULD!!

I went into 344 Beauty Bar by mistake this past summer. I went in thinking it was the place I scheduled a wax lol. I realized it was not the right place but the front desk and staff were so kind and helpful. I was 35 and thinking about maybe trying botox so it worked out perfectly that I ended up there. I was nervous and wondered if botox was really a good option for me. I set up a consultation and used the machine where you stick your face in it and it processes information about your skin. It was incredibly helpful to go over everything and my options. I didn't feel pushed or pressured to make any decisions that day. I did decide to get a couple of chemical peels which turned out to be amazing for my skin and I receive botox around my eyes every few months. It was a bit scary the first time but the next morning it was suuuuuch a confidence boost that it was no longer scary at all. I'm grateful that I found a place where I feel safe and secure. Everybody is so nice, informative, and very professional. They do an amazing job and they regularly have great deals too which I of course appreciate.

Called ahead that I was sitting in Laskin construction and running late. Told it would be no problem. When I show up (still within 15 min grace period) I was told I can not be seen. Been going there for 1.5 years unacceptable.

I absolutely love Dysport. This has been my go-to every time and works in 3 to 4 days and love the way it last for at least 4 months for me! This place always does an amazing job and works with my individual needs.

I AM SO PICKY WITH MY BOTOX & FILLER!!! IT TOOK FOREVER TO FIND THIS PLACE BUT SO GLAD I FINALLY DID!! PLACE IS VERY NICE, PARKING IS NO PROBLEM AT ALL, THEY RUN GREAT SPECIALS (THATS HOW I FOUND THEM) KAT IS MY GO TOO INJECTOR! I don't tell people I get botox, so bruising is an issue!! Kat injected me & I got no bruises & great results. Very happy with the staff & the location! Great overall find

I really love the place and the people here. I have had a general good experience with them. The last time I went int for Botox I was very disappointed though. They have switch to a new POS system and are now charging the actual customers 3.75% extra if they use their credit cards. It definitely took away the allure that this is a high-end beauty bar when they won't even pay for the charges for customers to use their cards. I was then directly told that they charge the customers because the business doesn't want to have to pay for it and that I could use Venmo if I'd like. Overall the staff is great, but very disappointed to see that customer service has fallen to the point of charging customers extra.
