I had my first massage today with Makayla, I can’t even find the words. It was amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic and this busy Mom was beyond relaxed. I would highly recommend Slate and Makayla if you want to spoil yourself.

I visited Slate Salon for a massage and had an appointment with Makayla, owner of Intuitive Massage Therapy and can not recommend her enough. She was attentive to my struggle areas of my body, made me extremely comfortable, and checked in just enough during my massage. Her room was incredibly clean, relaxing and inviting. I did a 90 minute Swedish massage and added on the hot stones. I can not recommend them enough, it was a great addition to the service. It was the 90 minutes I needed and more and I'll definitely be back!

I am rating this salon 2/5. The hairdresser who did my hair was very accommodating. She is very friendly and bubbly! I had a hair balayage last August 17th and I paid 357 dollars including tips. She instructed me to wash my hair after 3 days and that's what I did! After washing my hair, the rose gold color faded. I panicked and messaged my hairdresser but she replied that she was not surprised. She just told me to use these overtone products for my hair. I told her that I don't want to do my own hair. I also mentioned to do touch ups or refund the money. She did not reply in 5 days even being active on Instagram. My post-salon experience is really bad. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am Asian/Immigrant. This is my first ever Salon Experience here in the US and I was not happy after this.

I really enjoyed my facial with Kaitlyn. She was very personable and answered any questions I had. She made my comfort a priority. If you are looking for an esthetician in the area I highly recommend her!

I visited Kaitlyn B for waxing and a facial! I’ve never been to an esthetician before and I was nervous, but there was no reason to be! Kaitlyn provided a very professional but comfortable experience! She talked me through the whole process and gave clear instructions on aftercare for the best possible results! I will definitely be going back !!

HIGHLY recommend Annika Brunner! She did my nails for my wedding and they were beautiful! I'd never had shellac before and hardly do my nails in general, and she did a fantastic job. Sleek, elegant, and she even added in a few extra details with some greenery which turned out amazing - go see her! Super personable and easy to chat with, love her vibe!

I have been trying to find a good salon here in town since my stylist left…. AND WOW did I fall in love with this place! Its set up is super cute and gives you some privacy along with simple chic decorations. Personally, Daniela is an absolute super star. She’s got a gift! She is a blonde’s dream come true! Not only was she professional getting to know my style, likes, and dislikes, but she was very thorough with what I wanted. Great consultation for a new client!! I felt very heard. Safe to say… I found my new salon!!

Slate Salon is a beautiful, warm, welcoming environment. Everyone here is lovely. My stylist, Tiffany, did an amazing job on my hair color and cut. She is super knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Not only did I leave with stunning hair, I left feeling pampered and very well cared for. Her scalp massage skills are OFF. THE. CHARTS. I highly recommend treating yourself to a visit.

Slate Salon made feel welcome and relaxed. They are extremely professional and kind. The salon itself is so beautiful. I was very pleased that I could get my hair, nails, facial and even a massage all in one building. Highly recommended!!

The vibe at Slate Salon is immaculate and every stylist here does incredible work. Special shout out to my girl Amber for giving me the hair of my dreams and huge confidence boost every time I sit in her chair. As a woman with fine/thinning hair, I cannot even begin to explain how amazing it is to have a stylist who recommends the best products, tools, cut, color, etc to make me feel (and look) my absolute best. Cannot recommend Amber, and the entire salon, enough!

Had my first visit with Tiffany and she did an amazing job with my root touch up and partial highlights. I love that this salon is so professional and clean, it's a very relaxing environment and I'm looking forward to my next visit!
