I have been looking for a local hairstylist with experience installing Tree Braids for quite some time now. Tree Braids are the best protective hairstyle for me because I have thinning hair. I was so happy to find out that Tay at Slayed By Tay, LLC, has experience installing them. Appointment scheduling was extremely easy and her salon is conveniently located at the corner of Gatlin and Orange Avenue. I am pleased with the results and look forward to my next appointment with my new hairstylist!

I went to Tay to get boho box braids. First of all she braids very quickly. The salon space is extremely clean and comfortable and she was extremely accommodating. She communicates before the appointment to make sure I had everything I needed. The braids and parts are neat and there was no tension. I was able to put my braids up in a bun immediately. Great service, great vibe. Can’t wait to go back again!!!!

Tay has been providing knotless braids services for my daughter over 3 months and I can truly say I’m glad I found her. She is knowledgeable in natural and healthy hair. She is efficient in the services she provides. She works well with kids and customer service is above and beyond.
