This was my first time going to Ty. I found her through Google in a last-minute scramble to get my hair braided before a trip. She was friendly, responsive, and was able to get me in during my preferred time the day after I reached out. I got small/medium stitch braids straight back with burgundy hair. Her prices are competitive, the hair was included, and she got my braids done quickly. They look amazing and I can’t wait to show them off on the beach this weekend! I’ll definitely be back next time I need my hair braided. Thank you, Ty!!

Found Ty online and decided to call regarding an appt. for my son. Was able to make an appointment quickly. She did an awesome job and it didn't take her long at all. Reasonably priced. I would totally recommend.

Ty is a professional!! We found Ty when my son (28) was in a bind due to another establishment canceling his appointment 30 minutes before he was scheduled. Ty was able to fit him in on a Saturday and quickly had his THICK and long hair blow dried and in a braid design that he chose in 1.5 hours. She was so fast! He will now be a loyal customer and I will refer everyone I know looking for braiding or twist to Ty moving forward. Thank you!

My experience with ms.ty has been nothing short of amazing! As someone who has tried many different braiders throughout the years, I can safely say that she is the best I have ever found. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and the results after my appointment left me feeling happy and confident! The pricing is also very reasonable, considering the great quality and service provided. Overall, I highly recommend Her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled hair braider. I came across Ms.Ty after doing a Google search of "braid shops near me." It was last minute and our usual braiders were unavailable. I called and asked if she took walk-ins and she said yes. I explained to her that the client would be my 9 year old daughter and that we weren't quite sure of the style and I'd let her decide once we got there. She asked me how long it'd take me and after I told her, she said okay. It was easy finding the shop. When we arrived, she was very friendly and welcoming. The shop was clean and cozy. It's a different feel from the big braid shops that we are used to and I loved the feel. It was nice and private and she doesn't linger and waste time. She was very helpful with her style and color recommendations and she treated my daughter as she would her own child. Her prices are reasonable/average and her work was amazing!😍 It was a great experience. I told her we'd be back soon. Not just for my daughter, but for myself as well. *She took more/better pics than I did.

I love the experience of having Ty braiding my hair. She knows how to do them without making my scalp hurt which is essential! She is mindful of my allergies and uses products that I can tolerate. I really appreciate her willingness to listen to my concerns and make adjustments. She wastes no time and is so friendly and cordial! She did a special style for me for daughter’s wedding which got so many compliments! I truly love my regular knotless braids that she’s been doing for about a year, now. Only Ty for me. I highly recommend her!

Was my first time in the shop and they did an amazing job with my hair. My parts are clean, braids are comfortably tight (if you’ve had toooo tight of braids before, you know what I’m talking about). The ladies were also very personable. Will be seeing them again!

Yesterday I made a same day appointment for later in afternoon. She was ready and I was out within an hour & 20 minutes!, yes’s simple style of braids into a ponytail then an updo. I loved how quick she was and I am satisfied with my style.
