Worst worst WORST place to get a Brazilian wax. Never ever come here for one especially if it’s your first time. The wax lady refused to give me a break to take a breath in, and even gave me a wax burn! To tell you she only took 10 minutes to do me a Brazilian wax, she even did a bad job at that cuz I had had many hair left after! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE GETTING A BRAZILLIAN WAX. *Wax burn is on their website Review (Fontana Location)*

I arrived here three days ago. One of the women was unpleasant and coughed right in my face. I don’t understand why she couldn’t step back and cover her mouth.

i went there to do my brows for the first time ever and she make me look like the 🤨 emoji. she kept telling me that’s how my brows went, one was thinner than the other but how is that even possible if it was my FIRST time getting them done. i told her many times to not shape and just clean up the hair around but she made them super thin i told her to not even touch the top or else i wouldn’t had two hairs left and at that point its better to look like the 🤨 emoji than have nothing left. and my left brow is thin at the end and my right brow is thick at the end now…. and she cut me …

I was going to say she did a great job on my threading of my eyebrows and tint and that I was happy with the service. However I seem to gotten burned from when she threaded over my upper lip after she had already waxed it. The two sections where we did that left me a burn, which I didn't immediately know was a burn because I didn't want to seen over dramatic even though i was in pain when I left. It wasn't until later that night that I became fully aware that it was a burn. And now on the next night I see that it healing dark. Overall I did not have issues with the place or the lady but I hope this brings them awareness not to thread over where they just waxed. My hope is that it will not leave me a permanent scar. The attached pictures do not do it justice as the skin texture has also become different and wrinkly and darker on those two spots. Update: not using common sense, I came back to this place to get a Brazilian (which was not done correctly) separately, I ended up having first/second degree burns all over the waxed region that lasted for 3 week, and left my skin leathery. She told me I was over reacting so I tried to believe her. However I didn't realize I was burned for real when I couldn't even go to the bathroom without pain. I ended up icing this region which I had never had to do in my life before. I will always remember this place for the burns they left me. I would not come here !

Inquired if they do Beard Line ups prior to walk in over the phone. They do. Walked in as was promptly seated. I didn’t catch her name but she did a great job. She paid attention to detail and executed. I ended up getting a hybrid of Wax & Threading at an affordable rate. Pretty satisfied with the end result.

The worst place ever, when i walked in, there was no one there it was empty should of known why. I have my eyebrows microblade and this lady threaded all my eyebrows literally left no hair. Do not recommend this place 1st and last time coming here never again.

Usually get my full face done here because its close by but i had enough of their services. I am not satisfied with the service they did today. I wish I can give a zero. I asked for no eyebrows just cause most of them don’t understand where not to thread at and end up blaming the customers when they are the ones that are threading. They really gotta pay attention what the customers are asking. I dont recommend anyone getting eyebrows done here or full face. Waste of my money and time.

Worst experience EVER , I seen they had a deal on Groupon for Brazilian waxing so I was for it … first red flag is this is literally an eyebrow threading salon, they specialize in THREADING. I figure WTH I’m already here so ima just see what it’s about … HELL NO . The lady that waxed me was SUPER rough . Wax Was was very hard , she let it sit too long and would pull when trying to lay wax down on my sensitive area . I bled and just was super uncomfortable with the whole experience . I’ve had waxing done before but NEVER like this 0/10 on waxing .

I been coming to this place for about a year now and ive always had a good experience. All the ladies are nice and welcoming and they’re usually fast, even when it has been busy the max wait for me was maybe 10-15mins. Ive only gotten my eyebrows done here but im always happy with the outcome.

I got my eyebrow threaded by Bharti (or Bebe) and she did a really good job. The service was quick and everyone was friendly. Great place to get your eyebrows threaded!

I went their for face wax, and she said nose doesn't come with the face, you have to pay different for the nose. Ridiculous service. They are here to charge more without giving proper service. unprofessional
