I normally go to baker but they wasn’t answering their phones. I have visited this location in the pass but I would never make another appointment at this location. The manager Dawn is rude as hell and needs to be trained correctly. I experienced the most upsetting ordeal that I’ve ever had to deal with. She didn’t want me to have corporate number and she wouldn’t let her coworker give it to me. Nonetheless I got the number. Baker smartsyle is the best Candy is very professional…Didn’t receive any services.

The stylist did not finish the service that she agreed to perform. She was rude and disrespectful. When she realized that I would report her, she changed her behavior. But, the damage was done.

Dawna was really nice and helpful, I have dry scalp, she informed me a lot about shampooing and conditioning and I made a purchase for conditioning my scalp better and I’m ready to go home and use it.

Well I made an appointment with one person, but when I showed up another person was there to cut my hair and I was kind of taken aback. However, she did a great job and I will definitely see her again for any other services.

Yet another wonderful experience here at SmartStyle I've been here before to get a lineup in the past but this time I'm brought my 9-year-old here to get these services and I am yet impressed with Ms Eureka she really has a passion for her craft and she does hair with her soul so what all due respect please do not close this location because it's convenient I'm right across the street and feel right at home so if you are in need of a back up plan for ur royal crown this is that place
