Half washed, Blow dryer was too hot and she just kept going. The flat iron was to hot. My scalp is on fire leaving. And smells burnt. Never again.

Sandra was professional and friendly, my hair has never looked better. She advised me I should try a milder perm and the brand of rinse. She also suggested a deep conditioner. My hair style lasted almost 3 weeks. With my last hair dresser my hair style only lasted a week and then I had to wear a scarf. I'm going to leave my old hairdresser for Sandra.

Stylist was late for appointment. She was opening the shop so that took another 15 minutes. She gave a perm-whole back was wet. Shop took cash only.

I scheduled a 11am appointment online and waited 2 1/2 hours before being service. There was two styles and they each serviced two customers before serving me at 1:45pm. I was told that the combination service prices online was not correct and that every service is priced separately. Therefore, a basic wash and condition, blow dry and flat iron would be $110. After waiting for hours, I asked for the basic wash, condition and blow dry for $47. I asked to see the price list for the alcart price, there was not one available. There was a sign that said Cash Only, but I was allowed to pay with a credit card. I will not visit SmartStyle Hair Salon again. Paul Mitchell Beauty School Customer Services is Great!

Most terrible haircut ever, disgusting salon, needs cleaning, she kept going to the back room and came back with alcohol smell on her breath and couldn't even speak a full sentence. Didn't do my wax correctly, the wax was cold and she forgot to wax my mustache like I asked. I will never come here again.
