This place is terrible. The staff is rude and lazy. Went in for a shampoo and blow-dry and the beautician was putting on her make up and made no attempt to be interested in my request. She said she had a busy day and if I wanted anything, to go sit at the shampoo bowl so she could get started. Remember, she said this while she was applying her makeup. I will NEVER go there again. Get employees with professionalism.

I had went to this place and lady was doing hair was gossip when ask questions on price this was very slimline for some reason rate this is because it will not be funny call place see if open that was Bonfire lie cause the phone was record mailbox full can't receive message only this if go there let the gentlemen do hair Lady don't waste your time driving to this location cause soon you get there there tell you one thing but wasting time calling cause what kind business will not answer phone open if list open hour and most time you don't show up on job then someone else should open up Lady and gentle for one that have travel out town to location I sugguest you gonsome where eles csuse only person do job is the men in back timmer cut hair for the lady that doing hair need take a job telemarketing. People please check them out Waste a time lady if want you hair done right it better be worth the money look like srar

I really like my new dew. Thank you so much. Guess what?!?!? A woman just took a picture of my hair with her phone. She took a picture from my side and a man took a picture from my front. I have a problem with a black female who follows me and threatens to take my food, medicine, soaps, doctors, etc. and now it's my hairstyle. You will know who they are if they come into your shop. If they are also hostile toward you report them to police. I can wear my hair any way I want. Thank you, I will be back. Smile. Charlette.

Sha did great on my eyebrows!! Not only did she wax them but she also trimmed and tweezed them up as well! Staff was kind to everyone I recommend coming here!!

Had a scheduled appointment today 10/06 at 4:30 pm. I showed up and they were closed. Notice said they were on an hour lunch break. WTH!! I had an appointment!! I've been here before and they've always done a great job, but I didn't appreciate what happened today. I come all the way from Norfolk to see them because for some reason the one here is never open. Wasted gas, time and toll money. Don't think I'll take that trip again.

Overall I thought it was a good experience until the weekend was over and I ended up with a chemical burn from a relaxer I wasn't expecting this at all I'm highly upset

Friendly staff, clean facility, smiling faces, great conversation. This salon’s stylist helped me with a very bad haircut I received from another salon. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and the list goes on. They are wonderful and caring people. They will always get my business. I can’t express in words how awesome each and everyone of the stylist are. Keep up the good work.

I went as soon as they opened but someone had beat me there. I was told by a light skinned woman that it would be 20 minutes so I walked around Walmart. I ended up coming and waiting up front after awhile.The previous customer left and child came in and played for awhile and another woman came in and talked and I was still waiting.The original 15-20 mins turned into almost an hour before I got up and left. Service that day sucked.
