I came in with an appointment for a layered cut and highlights. I specifically asked for high lift blond and the lady put bleach in my hair anyway now it's hard to get a comb through it. When it was time for the cut she took thinning shears to my FINE hair. Nothing about it is even and the ends look more ragged than they did when I came in. She was also more worried about the walk ins after me and rushed to get me out of the door. If your not cross trained and all you know is ethnic hair, say so. Also it would be really good if they actually listened to the consultation. Honestly I usually give a chance to fix things but if the consultation is not being heard then Honestly why waste my time and money. I also had a function that evening in which I just wore my hair up bc of how jacked up it is. I just want my money back so someone who knows what they're doing can fix it. Worse service ever!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT VALUED SO WHATS THE POINT OF OFFERING THE SERVICE. The stylist was horrible and cannot manage her time. She made excuses about taking walkins before me although I had an appointment. The quality and care is pure garbage. Go to Supercuts across the parking lot inside. Time is valuable and making appointments should be valued. If not then what’s the point of taking appointments!!

Kaytlyn & Latoya are just the most amazing people. They always make me & my family feel welcome. They are always so busy but no matter what they are attentive to the guest they are working with. Keep u the good work girls because your killing it!!

Love this place. The stylist that does my hair also does my boyfriend's hair. She is very polite and remembers us by name and conversations, even if it's been a long time past. I think she is amazing as a stylist and also as a person. She made all my visits feel so relaxed and my hair always looked great. If your looking for a great visit to a hair place I recommend toya at the 103rd street smart styles.

Toya, Ashley, and Tommi as well as Auntie Lisa are practically like family. Being in their presence is like home away from an amazing resort. They make you want to come back and enjoy the good vibes even if you’re not getting your hair done. I love the ladies and I make it my business to stop in every chance I get. My next appointment is January 9, 2021. Bringing in the year with laughter, fun, and a new Smart Style!
