The service was great! Katherine provided a lot of guidance for hair care of super thick hair. She treated us so well! She gave my sister a deep cleansing hair wash and blow out with style. And made my sister look like a Hollywood starlet. The only bummer was I booked a 9am appointment and the shop doesn’t open til 10am. The website needs to update the available appointment information. We waited an hour. When we called to find out what went wrong and why no one was there, the call went directly to the shop, which was closed.

Katherine is nothing short of amazing! She listened to how I wanted my hair cut, low and behold it turned out perfect. I will definitely be going back to her next time I need a trim, cut or color.
