I feel bad saying that I didn't get the name of the stylist but she's fairly new to the location and she's been amazing both times I've been there. One for my son a couple weeks ago and today for my haircut. Thank you!

I walked into a very unwelcoming situation. The lady didn't even welcome me, she asked very sharply, "Do you have an appointment?" I said no. I was checking on what time someone could see me today. She said maybe this afternoon, I have someone who is supposed to be here in 5 minutes. I said, "Let's wait, if they are a no show, then I can take their spot. I bet they will be a no show, how much should we bet with a smile and laughs coming from me. She said with a scolding face, "I don't bet my hard earned money away like that! The other lady cutting someone's hair laughed and agreed with her like that was a good come back. What the heck did I walk into? Then, I noticed there were no names on the mirrors. I asked what happened to all the names on the mirrors? She said them names on the mirrors? She responded that that was unprofessional, we got rid of all that, and the people whose names were on the mirrors too. I walked out and let her no I was joking about the bet and I thought she was unprofessional,I and my wife will never get our hair done there again. Please tell me you'll get new management because that lady is rude, abrupt, and curt.

Ms Pelva, Was Very kind and very professional at her job. She is the Best at cutting / layering hair and understanding the style you want, She was very friendly, I would highly recommend her and Smart style !! 👍😁 Very reasonable price for a haircut /shampoo/ and styling !!
