As a side note: Your website says you are open when I call it either rings and rings and rings or is busy busy busy. There is no message. It also allows me to make an appointment and then I got there and it’s closed. There is nothing on a “telephone message” nor is there anything on the Web site that says you are closed until further notice As a dependable and reliable business it would serve you well to keep your Website updated.

Not happy about his haircut. Told her a high and tight. Told her numerous times I wanted it buzzed but high and tight style. First she don't the sides 2 and don't the to to where his bangs was in middle of his forehead and crooked. I told her I wanted it shorter and that his hairline is not straight. This is how she fixed it. I will not be back, now to find someone to fix this

I had scheduled a week ago for a certain Specialist when I got there she was triple booked. So I had a different stylist who hasn't been cut hair long proffesianly. She was not confident. She hardly spoke.
