Horrible service in every way. I was unable to receive what I made an appointment for as the hairstylist was overbooked and would not accommodate me due to their system error. All I received was a hair trim when I wanted a full haircut and style. The other stylist (Desi) that was there was extremely loud, rude to everyone and embarrassed my hairstylist in front of me as well as other clients in the salon. I will never go back there again and will never refer this salon to anyone.

DESI was AMAZING she took such good care of me. I went to the other smart styles on Davis blvd the gentlemen was not nice and he did not want to help me. I called DESI and she told me to come on In. She immediately made me feel like home. I can’t believe she’s been here 18 years and I never ran into her. She washed my hair blow dried it , a cut and straightened it super fast and it came out so good. I highly recommend DESI if u need a hair stylist. She has over 18 years of experience that’s what I need. Thank you DESI. You have a customer for life. 🫶🏽
