I made an appointment online and arrived on time. I was excited and nervous. I haven't had a haircut in 3 years. When I walked up to the salon, it was bare and only had a cart full of products. The lady rudley said, "We ain't open yet, and I won't be able to nuthin for you for an hour or so, because we just remodled". I backed out of the door a bit and asked her to cancel my 9am appointment. My question is, If they knew they were open for business, why didn't they come the evening before? I would have offered to help her if her attitude wasn't so terrible. She wasn't pleasant let alone professional.

I had a long hair and cut my hair for donation. Since I cut it myself it was very uneven and messed up. I was looking for a hairstylist who could fix it. I was googling and found Kendra. She is a star, gave me hair wash before hair cut. I showed a picture of what I am looking for. She did exactly what I wanted and fixed my hair. I absolutely recommend Kendra.

I went here to get my grandson‘s haircut. He is three. The manager over the Kingsville Walmart, and the Leesville Walmart is the one that cut his hair and she was amazing. He is terrified of haircuts and he never whined. Not the first time she was great. We will be going back.

Pricing is inconsistent. Board says $22 and up so charges are different depending on who cuts. I had a simple adult cut with #8 and # 4 clippers

I saw Kendra today. I have never received greater service. She knew how to handle my hair in a way i’ve never had before. On top of that, she recommended me a handful of products for my specific hair type. I cannot recommend you go to Kendra enough. I felt so comfortable during the entire appointment and we had some great conversations. Kendra had me leaving feeling more confident about my hair than i have ever been. If anybody ever asks me about a stylist, I will definitely be telling them about Kendra!

Miss Shay Tucker got my baby right she has my baby looking amazing. Walmart in Alexandria turned me around and I didn’t want to do my baby hair so we came to Pineville, Louisiana and Ma. Shay touch my head she did a Amazing job. We will be back to see you soon Shay with more clients

My hair is natural curly so wanted the perm look without the chemicals, she washed my hair cut it and use the blow dryer to get the look I needed great job thank you.

I had an amazing experience at the Pineville, LA SmartStyle Salon. Ms. Kendra is fantastic. I had relaxing, spa-like service. This is how getting your hair done should be. My cut is perfect, the color is beautiful, and she styled it just right. So nice to find a great, experienced stylist like Ms. Kendra. It was worth every penny. I look forward to seeing her again!
