I had a cut, color, blow dry and shampoo. The color selection and application was great and my cut corrected problems that had existed from a different stylist. I have very curly hair and Keara did an amazing job! She checked in all along the way to make sure I was getting what I wanted and provided expert advice when I wasn’t sure what to choose. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her next time.

I took my 83 year old Mother and got her haircut and styled the way she wanted. Ginger was very patient with me and my mother, She listened to us and did what we asked of her. Ginger is a very good hairstylist and worth every penny and then some. Thank you very much We will be back and we will tell our friends and family. Thank you

Had a Great experience because of Keara, she cut my hair and she was so detailed and made sure I was happy before I left! Ask for her and she’ll help you get the look you’re going for or help get your hair healthier. Aside from some older woman eating food while dyeing someone’s hair which didn’t seem very sanitary or respectful to her client I can’t remember her name exactly think is was Sam or Sue or something. Aside from that was great! See keara! She will take good care you!

I hate leaving a bad review, but this was the absolute worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life. I had one haircut about a year ago at this salon with a different stylist (I can't remember her name) and this time I was with Samantha / Sam. I booked an appointment last minute before vacation / the holidays, and chose her because I saw a few good reviews and she sounded like a seasoned, veteran stylist. All I was looking for was a trim / shape up of my shoulder length "lob". I showed her 3 photos of the style I like (very blunt, no layers, slightly angled and to be longer toward front, and wispy curtain bangs. She completely BOTCHED my hair. I now have a "shelf" of awkward hair on the whole front of my head, and a bunch of choppy, SHORT layers all over. I'm attaching photos to show the damage she did, which will take probably at least 6 months+ to grow out. I am so unbelievably upset. Also, her scissors were so dull that you could see her going over the same spot of hair multiple times to get them to cut, not taking neat or even sections, and just going completely haphazardly. I felt so uncomfortable (knowing she was a veteran stylist of 20+ years) that I didn't even know what to say or how to stop her. It was almost as if she was under the influence? I have no idea but I needed to write this review so someone doesn't make the same mistake I did!

I was recommended to smart style by a friend and she recommended me to Lily. And she was absolutely fantastic. As a 67 year old male with a lot of hair curly she knew exactly what to do I couldn't be more pleased with this cut. She is very personable experienced and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Highly recommend

UPDATE: I was contacted by Raquel from Corporate and she was so kind and compationate for my experience she expressed her deepest apology and Smartstyle has given me some conditioning treatments and I am now working with Lily and together we are guna get my hair back. I am doing my part at home and following Lily's recommendations and I can already see a difference. Lily is now my permanent hairstylist as she is such a beautiful trustworthy person inside and out. She has also started taking care of another family members hair and did an exceptional job.....THANK YOU RAQUEL 🥰 AND THANK YOU LILY!!! 🥰😁 UNFORTUNATELY AT MY AGE....THE DAMAGE IS DONE!!! So looks like I am a extremely short haired girl 😂🤣😂🤣 THE WORST TRIM EVER!!! SHE LITERALLY BUTCHERED ME SO BAD IT'S BEYOND FIXABLE 😩 😭 I THINK HER NAME WAS SAMANTHA. I WOULD PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND NEVER GO THERE OR SUPER CUTS ON AZ PAVILION. ( she may be able to do guys or boys haircuts but making a girl look like a boy is unacceptable NOT SURE IF I AM MORE HEARTBROKEN OR PISSED!!!😭😭😭💔💔💔
