I always look forward to going to SmartStyle. Jessica & Stephanie welcome with smiles & positive attitudes. Jessica & I take the time to decide the color treatment,hair cut & style. We have such a great relationship & we respect one another. Jessica gives her all to every customer. I always leave happy & very satisfied with my experience. The only thing I would recommend is to re- decorate the salon. It's not welcoming & other customers, myself included would enjoy a better surroundings. 🤩

Super fast wash, trim and partial dry. Will not go back. NO style NO hair products. Left looking like a wet dog

I can’t say enough about how much that I love my stylist at Smart Styles. She always knows what I want and how to get there even though I not sure what I want!!!! She is efficient and very knowledgeable but it’s the way she always knows how to make me feel happy and glad I chose her and this salon. The 5 stars are just an indication of what I want to let her know about my thoughts.

Jessica is great but the charges were too high. I was shocked at the new charges for an eyebrow wax and a bang trim.

Jessica did a great job blow drying my hair, but when I went to pay, I was quoted $39.99. Two months ago I paid $22.97, and then I started getting charged $29.97 with the comment "rates went up". Well, rates have gone up AGAIN (first rate increase $7 and second $10 for a wash and blow dry) for a total of $17 in two months time. Unbelievable!!!! Again, Jessica did a great job with the service. I'm just in awe about the rate.

Just want to give a great shout out to Amanda at Walmart on Ina and La Cholla , for doing a great job cutting my hair. Amanda happy holidays and thank you I do appreciate it you did a great job I'm definitely going back to you. The other two ladies if you don't like your job find something else to do. I was very disappointed watching (short red haired lady) you remove curlers out of the elderly lady that just got her hair done ..yes the elderly lady was helping you out by removing her own curlers out of her hair she does not like the way you were taking them out she told you she had a sensitive head and you still kept taking them out on her. Like you didn't care and that she was wasting your time. Rude you saw her face squinched every time you yank one out..until the other lady came by and took over...very rude disrespectful don't like your job find something else to do.respect your elders... I'm pretty sure that elderly lady pays you guys good money every week.. start showing a little pride in your work. Happy holidays everyone.... God bless America rise and shine...🙏💯. I went in there for a haircut I came out with a great haircut just disappointed with the atmosphere but I did tip my hair stylist a extra $20.
