I can tip what I want it is called tip but they wants you to tip almost same price that the service , lady was mad after I gave her $10 this is unprofessional. .

I had an hour massage and facial. Everything was good but I did feel a bit rushed. Granted, they were busy and were able to squeeze me in last minute. I will try to come in on a day they aren’t so busy. I was hesitant on coming here because I saw the reviews on how they are pushy for tips. I usually tip at least 20% anyways. More for great service. I waited until after I paid to tip and they were not pushy at all! The ladies here are very nice and service was great. I will be back!

Friendly suggestion means that I should leave 20% tip, which i did , 100 dollar massage is 20 dollar tip , that's the 20% but this lady wants me to leave 40 dollars , thats almost 50% tip , never coming back mostly because she got mad so unprofessional

I visited Smiles Spa for the first time today as a birthday treat to myself, and it was an amazing experience! Julia was my massage therapist, and she was incredibly attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The spa is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. I left feeling so relaxed that I had the best nap once I got home! Thank you for making my birthday special—10/10, highly recommend! I’ll definitely be returning.

Always a great and affordable massage. We go often. Very clean. The only thing is I did notice once that they played the same track over and over again. Should switch up the music a little bit as it can feel a little repetitive.

Just did a couples massage here with my fiance. He was serviced by MoMo and I was serviced by Lucky. Both did an amazing job! They really listen to what your body needs! I can’t recall the last time I felt this good after a massage. We will definitely be returning.

Massage was ok however they have an imposed $20 tip. Which I understand is ok if you tell people up front but the front desk lady was pushy about it when I said I was leaving a $10 tip because I did not have any more cash. If the service is $20 on top of whatever it is listed for then you should make that clear to your customers when they book and not be sarcastic about it as if a tip is mandatory. If it’s mandatory then it’s not a tip. If your workers work based on tip maybe you should pay them a better wage.

Great couples massage for $110 + tip ($20-30). It’s a no-frills place, but the prices are good. They expect tip but the massage is worth it. They do a bit of hot stone and hot oil in the middle which is great.

MOMO spent time and worked out the pain in my arm. She definitely does deep tissue massages to the full extent. Excellent! I'm referring my friends and my son went today. He's an athlete and gave the massage with MOMO 1O Stars. The prices are well worth it and so are great tips.

They don't suggest tip, they demand it. You can see other reviews complaining about this! You could be more professional!! If you don't want to feel uncomfortable after the service, don't go to this place!!!!

Excellent service. My daughter and I do couples massage for several years with these ladies. We choose different options and offer and always receive professional care. We're 💯 satisfied and leave with way less discomfort than what we came in with!

Got a massage here yesterday. It was so relaxing and calming. Usually, when I get massages, I come out feeling more hurt than when I went in, not here! The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I will be back soon.

Went there today as a Mother’s Day gift. Massage was great but once i got him i notice three small bites on my stomach in a row. From my research those are bed bug bites. I am disgusted by this and won’t be visiting again. (Don’t mind my stretch marks i gave birth a couple months ago lol)

4/30/24 Update: Gave this place one last shot for the convenience. So glad I did, Mo Mo was aaaamazing. Sometimes you just get a bad seed anywhere you go. Will definitely be returning more frequently! 2/7/24 Update: 3rd time here, super disappointed. Have seen Wendy and Annie and they were spectacular. Unfortunately neither was in and when I called they said everyone was good so I was willing to try somebody new because the last two massages here were amazing. I was scheduled with Mary and I feel like I just wasted $75. It was the laziest massage I’ve ever had. No pressure whatsoever and there was a few times that I just felt like getting up and leaving. She didn’t make an effort at all. I am a hairstylist and spend all day on my feet and always get tension in my neck and shoulders and try to take care of myself and get a really good massage when I can and this did absolutely nothing. Didn’t work on my neck at all and literally just running her hands up and down, no massaging. The last 2 times the girls even stretched my body and she didn’t even do that. This experience alone makes me question if I will even go back here. So disappointed 😔 12/2023 1st time here, was going to a place in Paramus and Smile Spa definitely put them to shame. Walked in, was taken right away. Place was clean and welcoming. The tables were so comfortable, especially the face pillows. Wendy was amazing! She literally got every knot and kink out, and I didn’t even have to say anything and she just knew. She made me feel comfortable and I was beyond satisfied. This will definitely be my new massage spot for sure! So glad they opened this in Hackensack!

They are what they advertise. A straight up massage parlor. I go with my partner to get couples massages. Very good experiences everytime. I do recommend that you be very vocal about the pressure you prefer. These ladies are strong.

Bruh, I feel like I just went 12 rounds with Apollo Creed after this little lady walked on my back and twisted me into a pretzel. I’ve paid twice as much for stupid Sports massages and “body work” at other places and it’s not half as good. If your a bigger guy and work out hard or got crazy knots in your back, this is the place. Plus they got the best signage😂😂 NO HANKY PANKY!

Came in for a 1.5 hour massage on Labor Day with a 10:30 appointment. It’s your standard Chinese massage place for a good price. No frills, no thrills. And it’s clean, you really can’t ask for more. Though I think 1.5 hours was a bit too long for me. Will stick to the 1 hour next time.

I called on 11/23 at 1:30 to make an appointment for 2pm. Arrived on time only to be told they are busy The worker who could not speak English called the owner I spoke to her and she said come back at 4 and I will give you a discount .My 2pm appointment was given to a walk in customer . the massage was good but the girl refused to give me the discount and demanded a 20 dollar tip for a 30 massage I refused and she became angry and told me to leave!

The massage itself is very good and the pressure per request I.e. medium or hard are excellent as well. The only reason for the 2-star review is because of the tip issue. I got a 1-hour massage and thought the price is very reasonable as far as the baseline goes. But when I handed my $15 tip the owner said it wasn’t enough, so I felt bad and ran back to my car to get any remaining cash. I ended up tipping $18 total, she was still dismissive even after I apologized. I honestly don’t know how much tip you expect us to give you. Whether I was off $1 or $2 from acceptability, you should at least appreciate me conceding. I’m not going back to this place
