I started out with an ok experience. I really wanted to like this salon because I needed a new salon and stylist. Besides the continued inability to get my color and highlights correct, I went one more time on the 23rd. While I have shown multiple pictures of the color I want, I keep getting the very dark brown and blonde (not the color I want or ask for). So, for the holidays, my hair looked terrible for a mere $400. The person who puts on your color does not wash your hair or blow dry it, and just said we don’t need to cut it now. However, I was charged 25.00 for a bang cut, to trim one piece of hair. Over the holidays, I spent $1,000 for bad services, and even had the pleasure to get scolded by the owner. 👎👎👎. I highly do not recommend.

I love this place! I cannot recommend Kari Bryant enough! I love a fresh cut but I’m awful at picking what would look good on me and Kari always does a great job helping me decide.

I made a day-of booking with Carlee for a haircut. First of all, she's super stylish and very kind. Carlee did a great job with my cut and has such a gentle hand. I left feeling more confident and my hair felt lovely.

Had an appointment with Sydney for a cut and she was amazing! I asked her to give my hair some life and she knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend Sydney for a cut and I will most definitely be back soon. :)

I had such a great experience with Sydney! I love my haircut, it's exactly what I had hoped for. She was thorough and very knowledgeable about which products would work best with my hair type. Leaving the salon my hair feels the softest it has felt in YEARS. I highly recommend Smith & Simms but especially Sydney, she's wonderful!!

Sydney gave me a men’s cut and shampoo. It was exceptional service and she catered to my every need. Very attentive, service with a smile! I’ve been back for a second hair cut now and extremely happy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SYDNEY

I’ve had two appointments with Olivia, one for a cut and one for a color & both times I have loved the result! She took my inspo pictures and gave me my dream hair 😊 I would highly recommend getting your hair done by her! She is so sweet & really takes the time to understand what you want for your hair!

Kambree is absolutely incredible. Would 100% recommend this salon and Kambree for any color/cut service. My hair has always come out exactly as I wanted and softer than I could ever imagine. She has also given me so many great products that I recommend to everyone. Seriously couldn’t recommend anyone more!!

Beautiful salon. The prices are comparable to other places, however I have a very sensitive scalp and I was very hesitant about bleaching my hair. For the first time I did not experience itchiness, burning, or any adverse reactions to the bleach. My hair turned out beautiful, and Kambree took her time to listen to my needs and explain every step of the process. I’m very happy with my results!

I love this place. I always go in to see Shanna who always takes excellent care of me, and my most recent visit to get my hair straightened, I brought my two grade school age daughters tag along for the appointment. We were taken care of so well, the girls were given shampoos and curly styles by Carlee which they loved, they turned out amazing!

I completely ruined my hair color and somehow turned it puke green but Jared was able to fix it to a darker teal. Not only that, he was also willing to work with my budget. He was extremely friendly to me and very understanding. I will definitely see him again!
