I have been seeing Michelle for a few months now and she is wonderful. She's meticulous, professional, and quick. She makes you feel right at home and not at all awkward or uncomfortable. Her prices are very reasonable and I definitely prefer knowing that my money is going to a local businesswoman than a corporate chain place. Highly recommend you see her!

I love everything about Smooth Laser Spa. Friendly, efficient, easy to book, good value, integrity. Michelle has me in and out of here in 10-15 minutes yet manages to make me feel at home every time. Highly recommended.

Michele is great and really knows what she’s doing. She’s very honest about expectations and how they vary from one person to another. She also adjusted the time between sessions based on your own results. I did 6 sessions with her so far and would definitely recommend her!

Michele is the best! I've been going to her for over a year now and couldn't recommend her enough. She makes you feel comfortable and always makes sure to check in how the last treatment has been holding up in case there are any adjustments you want to make. Definitely go to her if you're considering getting laser!

I’ve been so happy with Michelle. I went to ideal image before which was so expensive and impersonal. They tried every way to squeeze more dollars from me. It was a nice change coming to Smooth Laser. Michelle made me feel comfortable, cared about results, and was generous with the laser treatments. It was nice having one single person treat me and follow my progress versus various random people. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Michele and Smooth Laser Spa highly enough! I did a lot of research before finding Michele, and she is the best of the best! From the very first appointment I was incredibly impressed with Michele. She is very knowledgeable and was so helpful in answering all of my questions and talking me through the process. As soon as I left my first appointment, I texted all of my friends raving about the experience. If you are on the fence about laser, it is worth every penny, and Smooth Laser is the place to do it at!!! Michele's prices are more affordable than other places I looked, and the experience was a breeze. She was so flexible in scheduling appointments and I was always in and out in less than 20 minutes total. I seriously cannot rave about a person more! I don't write reviews, but felt like I had to write one because that's how incredible the experience has been!

Michele is absolutely great! I was scared of doing laser at first, but Michele did a great job of explaining it and is caring and great at making you feel comfortable. I’ve done several sessions and I will keep coming back. She wants to make sure you have your desired results and is flexible with bookings.

I could not recommend Michele and Smooth Laser Spa more! Michele is so kind and welcoming and really makes you feel comfortable during your treatments. She is also very accommodating and communicative regarding scheduling. There have been several times where I have had to move appointments due to conflicts coming up and she is always flexible and helps me reschedule. She really knows what she is doing. I just started and am already seeing less hair growth so I am very excited to finish my series of treatments and see my full results!

Michele is a pro, makes you feel comfortable and knows exactly what she’s doing. Have only had lovely experiences with her. Highly recommend if you have been thinking about laser and haven’t made the leap. Michele will guide you through it! Update: It’s been a while and I am still going to Michele even though I no longer live in Austin. She is always super kind and will make sure you always have quality service.

I have been going to Michelle and I have had amazing result with long lasting result. I have thick black hair and with 3-4 treatments every 4-5 months in the last couple years, I hardly have any hair left and made my hair removal routine so much simpler! I highly recommend going to see Michelle as she is so personable, makes you feel very comfortable, and she is highly skilled and gets the result! It's very affordable!

You can stop searching for a laser spa Smooth Laser is it! Michele, the owner, us absolutely wonderful. She is so personable, takes her time explaining what to expect, and understands your goals. Her equipment is top notch and method of care made me feel super comfortable. I had to move halfway through our sessions, but I got awesome results during our time together. My underarms are super smooth and I’m having major progress with my bikini area! Highly recommend coming to Michele for all your laser needs!

I started laser treatment with Michelle a few months back. A little over a month ago, I received my fourth treatment. I am amazed. I have dark hair. I have middle eastern roots (some of us are on the hairy side). I noticed a difference right away, yet, after the third treatment, the difference was huge. After the fourth treatment, I have not shaved at all. I can notice a few very thin hairs here and there but could count them with my fingers. My skin is smoother, and I have no more rashes or bumps anywhere!!! My treatments included everything from the waist down, and the prices were more than reasonable. Furthermore, Michelle is a pleasure every time. She is friendly and very professional. She knows what she is doing and is also very respectful of privacy. I am impressed with the results and am glad I decided to get laser with her.

You will not find a better person to get laser hair removal from in Austin, Michelle is by far the best there is. Not only does she use the best laser machine on the market, which means you’re getting the most effective treatment possible, but she is extremely knowledgeable and transparent. It’s easy to book appointments and she provides great recommendations on the frequency of treatments needed, so you get the best bang for your buck. I’ve referred all of my close friends and family because I trust her so much. I can’t recommend Michelle enough!
