I booked an appointment at smooth on Sunday. This was a last-minute appointment. They booked me with Tanye. She was not available and I ended up with Hannah. I usually book appointments with Hillary, who did not have any appointments available on this day. Hannah was super nice. But she just did not give a good wax. I had to show her where she missed the spot when she was complete my wax and she had to go back. Once I got home, I noticed a few other spots where she had missed. She was really nice in her conversation was good. Also, another thing is I didn’t have a lot of hair at this time. Her pain was very minimal. She was very light-handed, but it just but it just seemed like she was a little timid to wax. Usually my experience with Hillary and with smooth is excellent, but I just was not happy with this wax. I will wait as long as I have to move forward for my regular waxer.

Can’t recommend Smooth highly enough. Easy to book, never have to wait long in their lobby, and always a great result. All their staff are great but my favorite is Rosaria. Incredibly thorough and makes the appointment as enjoyable as possible.

I receive my services and the Virginia Beach location with Hailey. I changed my Waxer due to various reasons, but finding Hailey was amazing. She’s always friendly and takes her time with my appointment. I never feel rushed. And she pays attention to detail and is very thorough. I never finds areas that could have been done better or needed attention. She’s done my brows as well tinting which was my first time and they came out great! I’ve been a customer for several months now and love the studio and Hailey!!

I was referred by my friend Nova who works at the desk. She was very helpful getting me booked and explaining all the policies and how long my hair needed to be. When I arrived at the location it was beautifully decorated and it was such a calming environment! I was very nervous about getting waxed for the first time ever but Katlin was amazing at explaining everything to me! The wax was painless! And she was so fast but also extremely meticulous about getting all the hairs!! I ended up adding on the soothing booster and 10/10 recommend getting that it made me forget that I just had hair ripped out!! All around just an amazing experience!! I wish I didn’t live 12 hours away but I will be back to see Katlin next time I come to visit!!!!

Today was my first visit to Smooth and let me just say, this will be the only place I go get waxed ever again. Everyone I interacted with, both over the phone and in person, were so comforting and so welcoming. Waxing can be very intimidating but the atmosphere here was so relaxing and really put you at ease. Rosaria was an absolute gem! Not only was she faster than previous waxing I've had, but everything was much less painful. She was super gentle and talked me through everything she was doing so I knew exactly what was happening at all times. When booking my appointment, I mentioned that I had a sensitivity to certain ingredients. Not only did Rosaria remember which ingredients, she also took the time to check every product she was going to use to make sure it didn't contain those ingredients so wouldn't irritate my skin. Honestly, I cannot RAVE about this place enough. 10/10 would recommend Smooth to everyone.

Was recommended from a few girls around the area so I was easily influenced to go LOL. Booked a Brazilian with Rosaria and she's the absolute sweetest! Was very gentle and kept talking to me throughout the process to keep my mind off of the pain (which helped a lot). The studio itself was cute and nicely decorated. The rest of the girls were also very welcoming when I came to check in. I shall be back in a month, thank you!!
