Erin is the BOMB when it comes to my waxing needs at Smoothe Raleigh!! I have some crazy old man brows and always walk out with enviable brows that are ON FLEEK!!! Highly recommend!!

I have been going here for almost a year or so for eyebrow waxes and I highly recommend Smoothe. Every associate I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and personable and they still believe in good customer service, which seems rare nowadays. Stephanie is who does my eyebrows and she does wonderfully every time. To top it off Smoothe is very clean and sanitary (wipes the bed down after each customer). If you are looking for a place for some of your beauty care needs including laser hair removal, microneedling, etc, try here.

for the two times i went to KELSEY she has treated me with good respect and like if i was a friend to her ! i haven’t went for being busy but she will be the main one to be doing my maintenance!!! definitely recommend booking with her, she doesn’t make you feel awkward at all she makes you feel very comfortable!!! will soon book with her once again when i have the time 🥰

Y’all came highly recommended and I’d never had a wax before so I came in and had my first experience with Kelsey. She was so sweet and put me at ease. She is wonderful to talk to and told me about the process and educated me on how to care for my skin. I am a client for life now! Having her take care of my waxing needs has been a blessing. I can’t believe I have never had a facial until now!!!! It was incredible- and included a shoulder, arms, and neck massage. Erin is AMAZING and very knowledgeable. She has been helping me on my skin care journey and it has been amazing as well. Can’t wait for my facial in a month! So glad I found Smooth!!

I absolutely love everything about Smoothe and the services they offer. Every person provides impeccable care and expertise in everything they do. The products they use are not only of amazing quality, but safe. I regularly go for waxes, but have also had my brows done, lashes lifted and tinted, and a facial. Lindsey and Erin are amazing.

Clean and lovely space, welcoming staff. I saw Erin for a skin classic treatment to remove/diminish a facial spot and she was very efficient, knowledgable, and friendly (the only practitioner of any sort I've seen about this that did not make me feel weird or crazy for wanting to remove it!). Will be back.

First time visiting Smoothe & Co. today and I would highly recommend a “Smoothe Start” facial with Stephanie. Not only was the facial wonderful, but the services and her recommendations were great. Stephanie helped me create a skincare regimen for my wedding in October and I am can’t wait for my next visit. The whole experience was professional & relaxing. 10/10!!!
