I've been visiting this establishment since 2016 and have never patronized another establishment simply because she can take care of all my needs and mainly because she has totally transformed my skin over the years by giving skincare advice and introducing me to products that actually works for for me. Always professional, punctual, friendly, patient, and just overall her character is amazing. I have sent messages to her at night if I have ever had issues with my skin and she responds right then and there. I have referred very close friends to her and they can say the same. She works with you when it comes to scheduling and I wouldn't trade her for anyone else!

She's amazing! best place for a wax or facial and the prices more than reasonable for a downtown location. I've been getting waxed with her for a while now and I have zero complaints I would never change this place. My facial experience was also great she took her time to explain what she was doing and what it was for. She also recommended new skin care products all very affordable and no not products that she sells but items that can be found in your local drugstore. I can go on and on but I think I made my point she's absolutely amazing and very well worth it give her a try you won't regret it! :)

The chemical peel is a must. Seen a drastic improvement in my skin as I suffer from hormonal acne. Very professional and friendly individual.

Alichia was friendly and made my experience a pleasant one. She educated me on pre and post wax care, including discussing my concerns regarding pain or discomfort (which was suprisingly minimal) and contributing factors to ingrown hairs. I felt comfortable and she seems very knowledgeable and caring, answering any questions I had.

This place is by appointment only so book quickly as slots start to fill up early! That's how awesome this esthetician is. She works with you to give you what you want and provide you with results. Today would make it a year I have been coming to this place and I wouldn't want to go any place else for my skin care needs.

Very good place for all your skincare needs. The office is small but cozy and everything is done as painlessly as possible and you're in and out in around 20 minutes for a wax.
