I really enjoyed my experience at SN with Laura! She did my lash set for me. We went with a Hybrid set, 13+14 length with J/C curl! She really took her time and filled in every single gap. I am so impressed and really feel glam while still looking natural! The space is so beautiful! Cute and modern set up - located right next door to the Smyth Tribeca! They offer services such as Gel Art Manicures + Pedicures, Lash extensions, lash lifts and more! Staff is kind, areas are all clean and disinfected & things are done accordingly! I highly recommend if you are looking for a new Lash spot or a new manicure/pedicure location - I’ll be back for some Gel Art soon! Check out my reviews @krystlecarrissa

It would have been better to just throw $30 out the window. Some nails are half painted, shaping is not consistent, and nails are painted over the cuticle.

We really like my nails, with my eyelashes lengthened. This is my first time doing GEL X extensions, the staff here are very patient and friendly, the store is very clean, and they have the jelly nail color which is very popular now. I'll come back next time

After constantly being disappointed by overpriced and terrible service by nail salons in the city, I am SO happy to have found this place !! A close friend recommended and I hate going anywhere else. Lily is amazing, she does such a good job with shaping your nails and is patient if you need help with deciding what color to get, she has great recs. I usually get a gel mani / pedi. This is my favorite no fuss, not too expensive, nail spot!

Got recommended by my friend. She has been telling me to come here and get a cat eyes style many times. Finally, I got my time to get my nails done. Loooooooveeeeeee them so much. Next time I might do yellow or green next 😁 eyelashes extensions seem pretty nice too. Might get both done next time

Walked in and was immediately bombarded with questions about if and how I want my nails done. I was still pulling photos up. I had to ask them to give me a moment after being asked five times in a minute. Got acrylic nails. Terrible method..my very short nails broke and chipped at 4-6 days. So cheap, I was charged $75. The young teenaged girl who did my acrylics kept burning me with the UV light…and an older lady kept monitoring her instead of giving me quality service. This young lady was practicing in me for full price! Go somewhere else. You will regret this place.

Came here for the first time last night. It’s a comfortable place and nice workers but I got hybrid lashes yesterday and they do not feel hybrid. They are pretty but I would consider this a natural look. I’ve been getting lashes for years and always hybrid. Hardly any lashes. A little disappointed.

Fantastic nail salon! Very professional service, friendly staff, reasonable price, huge selection of gel colors and styles. Easy to book appointments. Offer cash discounts. The techs don’t upsell at all, which I greatly appreciate. They offered me suggestions that obviously prioritized my nail health and schedule as opposed to their business.

My lash technician was Candy, and she did an amazing job! The woman at the front desk gave me some recommendations, and Candy was so gentle with the application. This is my first time getting extensions and I’m hooked! The price is really great as well, would recommend this place for extensions!

Overall was good, but the girl who took me at the entrance and take my bill was really rude and impatient. It’s my first time do lashes in this store. When I got in, I didn’t know how their ashes look like and asked for pictures. Their manager asked her to show me the pictures, but she seems very impatient and unhappy, unwilling to do anything. She seemed very lazy to explain anything, so it took me a while to figure out what kind of lashes I want. I don’t understand why the manager would hire such an employee, creating inconvenience to the customers. I didn’t want her to do the lashes for me, because I can imagine there can be some problems, but I didn’t want to look her bad, so chose to tolerant that. Then when I paid the bill, something happened again. She first asked me to pay, but only after I paid, she told me that she hasn’t charged me tips yet, so I have to pay again. Then when I asked question about that, she raised her voice and have an humiliating expression on her face, said: everybody does this way. How can I know when it’s my first time to come here? She was really there to drive customers away instead of letting customers come for next time.

This is my favorite eyelash shop, I've been doing eyelashes here for three years now... Including my nails have always been done here, especially recommended to extend the glue, really do too well, stayed for a month did not fall, I really like here, very recommend you to come.
